The house was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location of Cape Coral. Provides bikes, kayaks, games, and pool toys! Kids enjoyed the pool everyday. Lanai area is very comfortable with plenty of seating as is the living room. Short drive to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel. This is a great house to stay in and we would stay here again (kids voted this is the house we should stay in every time we visit SWFL)!

I would give 19 stars if possible! Pros: beautiful big pool, extremely clean home, kitchen has everything you can think of, the lanai was so big and nice, the most comfy beds and so much more.Cons: not one con!We can't wait to come back next year!

We have just had the most amazing stay. The property was immaculately clean and in a fantastic location for local amenities and exploring the local area. The pool was amazing and the views over the water were breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset.The inclusion of fishing equipment and kayaks helped make pool days more memorable and stopped our 10 year old getting bored when the Florida afternoon clouds rolled in.Check in and check out was so easy and the property has everything you could need, and more.I could not recommend this property highly enough. We rent villas regularly for our holidays and this is among the very best we have had the pleasure of staying in. Such a beautiful home. We are already planning our next trip to Florida and will no doubt be hoping to stay at this wonderful property again.

Fabulous home, the pictures don’t do it justice! So clean, roomy, and had everything our family needed! The pool area is amazing and that’s were we spent most time when we were in the home. The pier and waterway is so peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We highly recommend this property! It was well kept, pricing was fair, the pool was warm (even when the weather was cool), the outdoor amentities were a big plus for us, especially the propane heated table on cool nights. It was located close enough to go shelling at Sanibel Island and easy to get to many great restaraunts and other things to do. Jilll, the property manager was also very responsive and happy to help.

We loved staying this house! The outdoor area was our favorite and where we spent most of our time even with a few chilly days the fire pit table was great. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Jill was very responsive to a couple questions that we had. Can’t wait to come back to this house in the future.
Fresh Royal Red Shrimp from Cape Coral farmers market along with a steak that we grilled and enjoyed eating outdoors by the pool.

We spent the week of Christmas 2025 in Florida. Our favorite place in this home was the outdoor area, and the pool. We were lucky with the weather being in the upper 70's low 80's. The house was perfect also, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room to relax, and the beds were very comfortable. This home was perfect for our family of 6.
