The property was just as advertised. The kids loved the infinity pool, fishing on the dock at the canal, and plenty of room to cook and entertain outside.

Outdoor pool area is wonderful. Pool design is great with a beautiful view. Very quiet neighborhood, slept well! As another guest said, there are no supplies so come prepared. Two bathrooms didn’t even have hand soap. We never had to buy supplies in other rentals but were aware we’d have to buy them this time because of the previous review. Main bathtub did not drain, so several guests showered in the master bath. Overall a good stay.

Beautiful home

We had such a great time vacationing in this beautiful home! Communication with the host and the property manager was fast and helpful! The house has everything you can think of! In a great location. The house was very clean. Whatever small little issues we had, Sandra, the property manager was fast to respond and fix. Absolutely would stay here again. Thank you for a great relaxing vacation!

Thanksgiving in Florida

This is a great property for my adult family of five. We have so much space and enjoy sitting around the pool or at the dock. This is our second time spending Thanksgiving at this property.

This house delivered everything we expected and more!!It was relaxing being on the canal, sitting on the dock watching the wildlife,The lanai was beautiful, we spent most of our time there, with a large dining table, sofas and pool/hot tub, even outdoor speakers.I would recommend the property!

A great place to experience Cape Coral Canal living

Very Relaxing!

We spent Thanksgiving with our adult children at this wonderful property! The property had everything that we needed. We loved the heated pool and the boys enjoyed watching football games from the pool. We enjoyed all of the seating available around the pool. We will definitely return!

Great place

We really enjoyed our week in Cape Coral at your very nice home. It certainly helped that the weather was a perfect 10, but even if it wasn’t we would have been very comfortable. The location is great, and the patio area is awesome. We saw Manatees in the canal and even a couple Dolphins. Thank you for being excellent hosts as it’s always risky booking and taking a trip, this was a pleasure all around and hope to return.

Great house and hosts

The house is amazing and we had a fantastic time. The pictures are very accurate and the three main bedrooms are very spacious and the 4th is an ok size too. We loved the outside area and the pools :) just remember to start the heating of the pool as you arrive as it takes awhile to heat it. The hosts are super friendly and helped us out as soon as we got in touch. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Property is just as described. Beautiful home with plenty of space for the 3 couples. Well equipped kitchen if you chose to cook. I have rented 4 homes in the last 3 years and definitely my favorite. Property Manager, Sandra was very helpful explaining any questions we had.

Amazing Family Getaway

The house was just as advertised. The pool was stunning. Beautiful furnishings and te h throughout the house. Everything worked. Good location close to everything we needed. Even had endangered burrowing owls nearby as a wonderful bonus. Sandra and team were responsive and helpful and friendly. Had one issue during our stay (clogged toilet) and it was fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Lisa was an excellent host. All questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The house was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the pool,hot tub and outdoor TV. We would rent next year but it was already rented before we sent the request.
