We do schedule regular pest control at all of our properties, though from time to time, especially in Florida’s coastal climate, a palmetto bug may make its way indoors—often through an open door. While you did mention the issue, we weren’t aware that a service visit was needed; otherwise, we would have been happy to respond during your stay.
