It was a nice place. Host was wonderful and answered my questions very quickly. The location was high in the mountains. Spacious and kids loved the games, having a washer and dryer was great!
Very nice cabin and clean. 3 stars due to the photos being a little misleading. I was looking for a cabin with 3-4 bedrooms and a pool table. The pictures that are provided of the game room must be older. The pool table in the picture was ideal however the table in the cabin was a tiny kids pool table. This would have been a deal breaker for me as I was specifically looking for a cabin with a pool table.
We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of stuff for the kids to do as well as the adults. The arcade games and mini pool table were a hit with everyone. We had a bear visit a few times which was awesome. It was just passing through and didn't bother anything but it was definitely an awesome experience. We also enjoyed the hottub. This place was great and the host was very helpful and gave very clear directions to the place and instructions on how to work the tv's and stuff. There are also notes posted ob the walls to help work the tv's and internet. The place was clean. We really enjoyed our stay at this place and would highly recommend it to anyone with kids!
We had an amazing time during our stay at the cabin. The cabin was just as it was listed and included many great amenities that weren’t listed. The host was great with communication and we would definitely love to stay here again.
Very nice cabin close to everything. We had a party of 7 and had plenty of space for everyone. I do wish the master had its own bathroom but it was still nice. Huge jacuzzi bathtub! Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive
If you are looking for a place convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this home is the place. It’s quiet, clean, and plenty of entertainment if you decide to just stay there for the day. The views are spectacular. The owner was very responsive. I highly recommend staying there.
Everything was great, short stay but the hot water kept running out with one person showering, not even enough to fill up the bathtub for the kids to play in for a bit. That would be our only complaint.
This property was great for our family. We have 2 children, 7 and 9, and there was so much to do at the house, they didnt want to leave. This place is definitely set up for kids and teens. If you are not a confident driver on narrow winding roads. This isnt for you. We also traveled with our pup, but there arent many flat spots for pets to do their business. Despite those, the property is clean and very nice! We would definitely come back!
This cabin is located at the end of a road on the mountain, and while you pass multiple cabins to get to it, it's in a spot where there's plenty of quiet. The cabin was perfect for a family getaway and close to all the activities in town. The description is accurate and the house was clean with plenty of room to spread out. Tam is wonderful and very attentive/responsive! We'd definiltey book this cabin again.
Other than getting all the way up to the location, which was a fun drive LOL, everything was great. We are from Tennessee originally and it was great to have a place for our friends and family to visit/stay with us. Property was clean except we were timid about using the jacuzzi as it would randomly run brown water, but we still gathered in the hot tub which was clean. Thanks again for the stay!
My family, consisting of 2 adults and 4 children all under 10, stayed here for spring break. We absolutely loved this cabin. There were games and activities that kept the kids entertained and the location of the cabin was awesome. The only negative thing I will say is that the drive from the cabin to the main road takes a little while, but it's not too bad. Plus, we wanted to stay up in the mountains so it wasn't that bad. We would absolutely stay here again if we visit Pigeon Forge again.
Nice cabin. Comfortable beds. Modern kitchen. Clean. Host/Manager helpful & responsive. Very private. Road to get there from main road a bit scary, especially after so much rain, but we did fine with all-wheel drive. Saw mama bear & 3 cubs nearby, and a young bear on our porch smelling breakfast cooking. Be careful!
Great stay. Property as described. Only concern is the directions to get there. It was a little difficult to find the first time. That would be my only negative. Let kids liked the projector and screen in the lower level. Nice space with room for the whole family

Not enough toilet paper. One roll of paper towels. We had 7 guests there. There were no hot tub towels. You have to use shower towels. The hot tub was very dirty.needs a good cleaning. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Be bear aware. They come up on the porch at night

Thank you for your feedback. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience with the toilet paper and paper towels. We do our best to stock extra supplies in the cabinet whenever possible, but since we’re not always on-site, the cleaning company provides a starter kit with four rolls of toilet paper for the property. Had I known you needed more, I would have been happy to arrange for additional supplies to be brought out.
Regarding the hot tub, I sincerely apologize for any concerns. Please know that it is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every guest’s stay to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
I’m glad to hear you found the beds comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped!
I appreciate your comments and will use them to continue improving the guest experience.
This was a great cabin up in the mountains. There were neighbors but it felt secluded. The cabin was clean and well stocked with plenty of things to do. The pool table had some tight spots as it was close to the wall but not a big deal. The hot tub was a hit after walking and exploring all day. The porch was wonderful to sit on and drink coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. It was relaxing to just sit and listen to the breeze, birds, and the rain (it rained our last day).
This cabin is at the top of the mountain so the roads can be a little hairy and tight in spots but it is worth it!

Meh, okay place.
The cabin is moderate at best. The location is up on the mountain but set right against a dense forest with only a view of trees right off the deck. The amenities inside were fine, but not great. The game room was okay, but the pool table was very cheap with smaller than standard balls, so the pics are a bit deceptive. Overall it was okay, but really wasn’t to the standard I would have liked. The deck had a plastic wicker couch, but with no cushions supplied for it. There were some small thin cushions, but not really suitable. There were a couple of hanging chairs and one rocker, but nothing comfortable on the deck. The gas grill was literally right next to the seating area as well, with propane tanks right in sight. Kind of unsightly to have it so close to the couch. The small propane fire pit was nice, but also had the propane tank just sitting out. Not well thought out. All in all it was an okay place, but kind of a let down. The bottom deck was mostly covered by a makeshift putt-putt hole… kind of a waste of space. The hot tub didn’t feel very clean and the water was not very hot.

Thanks for your feedback. Our cabin is exactly as described and pictured — a peaceful mountain getaway surrounded by trees for privacy. Guests looking for a sweeping mountain view would need to book a property advertised with one.
The deck cushions are stored under the couch to keep them clean and dry, as noted in our welcome instructions. The hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled after every stay; its temperature can be adjusted at any time using the control panel.
We pride ourselves on providing clear, accurate photos and descriptions, including the pool table style, grill location, and layout of all spaces, so there are no surprises. We’re sorry if these features didn’t match your personal preferences, but many guests appreciate the thoughtful setup and amenities provided.
We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to take advantage of the spacious kitchen. TV in every room was great. The big bath tub in the upstairs bathroom could have been better if not for the odd color well water makes. Not as inviting of a bath. But hot tub made up for that. Foosball and air hockey either need to be fixed or removed. We really couldn't get use of those. The pool table was great except in some spots it was hard to find room to shoot and we were afraid to try and move it. Parking was great. We took advantage of the gas grill and it worked perfectly. Location was quiet. Directions provided were on point. Pretty steep and curvy getting in. Very close to everything we wanted to do while there.
