About this property

Oceanfront Sea Watch

Oceanfront, heated indoor pool and unheated outdoor pool along with kiddie pool area. Fitness room, movie theater, arcade room, sauna and pizza-sub shop within the building. Tennis and basketball courts and kids playground area. Covered parking deck with 24 hour security. (weekly parking rate $75.00 May to October).

Saturday to Saturday rental only June through September.

Included: four beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, beach wagon, kid's sand toys and boogie boards. Four tennis rackets and tennis balls. Basketball, football and Frisbee.

Linens and bath towel sets are provided for all beds. This is included in the cleaning fees per the listing.

Two bedrooms with two full bathrooms and den, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Large balcony with full ocean and bay views. Living room has a sleeper sofa (full) 6 adults maximum. 1 king, 2 queen and 3 single kid’s beds.

NOT PROVIDED: paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, basic cleaning supplies.

PLEASE NOTE: Because the Sea Watch is family friendly building, we only rent to family groups. No high school seniors or college groups.

The condo was perfect! We have been staying at seawatch for the last 4 years and have been disappointed in other rentals! we have made such great friends over the years we decided to try one last time. Well we found our perfect condo. The owner was very nice and communicated everything with us. The condo was clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and we had lots of room for our family of 5. The views were amazing. We will definitely be going back.

Great family vacation spot.

Randy and Soraya truly thought of everything their guests could want/need. We were traveling with four kids aged 1.5 - 10 years old and each child had plenty of entertainment provided by the owners. We especially appreciated the games, beach toys and the beach wagon. When we arrived to Sea Watch, many others checking in inside the parking garage were scrambling to fill out their parking forms and get $40 cash to pay, but we breezed past everyone because Randy had prepped us with the form and instruction to have the cash. We loved our stay - thanks Randy and Soraya! We’d love to come back!

Everything was perfect. There were supplies that I didn’t realize we would need and they were there. The condo was perfect size, family friendly and very clean. It was close to amenities and the complex had many family friendly things to do. It was easy to find. The owner was easy to reach and responded instantly. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat. The owner went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. I recommend this owner to everyone. Great to work with and very responsive.

Everyone really enjoyed their stay. The condo was small but fit 5 adults and an infant. The kitchen had everything you need. The adults loved the amenities and views. The baby loved the pool and playground. The owner shares their beach stuff too how nice. Looking forward to return soon.

We had a group of 6 people. Condo was beautiful. Kids found some food wrappers under dressers, but clean other than that. Beautiful view of the ocean from the livingroom and master. Dining area is a bit small but most nights we went out for dinner at one of the many restaurants. Condo is great for kids with an indoor and outdoor pool. Area has amazing mini golf courses indoor and out! Frontier Town is great for people with kids. So much to do! We had a slight issue with the keyless entry which the owner fixed within minutes. We had an amazing vacation!

Nice First Vacation for Baby

We had a very good time. This was our baby’s first vacation. The condo is a perfect location right on the beach. We had everything we needed in the condo. Beautiful views in the morning from the balcony to see sunrise. Across the hall, was a great view of sunset. Necessities, like the grocery store and ice cream shop were just a quick stroll down the street. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Great mini vacay!

This rental was great and very well kept. The home provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The games were the perfect addition for a rainy day. Beautiful views from the large balcony. The staff was very friendly and the owner was very responsive to all questions prior to our stay. We would definitely chose to rent this property again.

Enjoyable stay

My wife and I and our two young daughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and you can also see the bay. It was incredibly nice to have a place with three bedrooms as well. Randy very responsive and professional.
