This resort is amazing! Great for families, lots of activities - beautiful pool and the staff is so nice and attentive! We loved the location and everything was so clean and we are hoping to come back soon!

Spacious! Clean. Pool facilities were nice. Access to rental items (beach chairs, snorkel equipment, etc.) was convenient and fairly priced. Food trucks were great. Air conditioning worked great. Great place to stay!

Wonderful stay, felt like home!

From check-in to check-out we enjoyed every moment of our family vacation! It was very clean and felt like home at this lovely Bali Hai Villa! The kitchen, living room and lanai was perfect to accommodate our family! We had there and enjoyed the food trucks right on the property. We loved our stay at Bali Hai Villas and hope to visit again!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was wonderful. The only issue was having to pay for air conditioning (AC) per day. The beds were very comfortable, and the area is just beautiful.

Spring break

I was vacationing with two college students . There were plenty of things to do, activities, hot tub, pools and food trucks. Beach was nearby and a cute art and music festival on weds. So close to hanalei and great for morning runs, beach days and lounging . Can’t go wrong here !

A few inconveniences but overall nice stay

My overall impression was that this resort and hotel is reasonable, well kept, and comfortable. Upon check-in, we did run into an issue. I had requested my second room ahead of time to be too full beds and instead they only had the queen available for me. This was fine because they offered a pullout couch however, I thought it was silly how I had requested ahead of time and they had no note of i lt. Seperately, we got a note on our door saying the pest control was going to come by and we had to be out of the hotel room for a few hours. I would like to see the service done with no visitors staying in the room. I thought was weird since we were paying for the room we couldn’t be in it

Beautiful property and great people

Everything as expected. Appreciated the free refulls on essentials, that came in handy. Area is beautiful. 2 bedroom was clean and sufficient.
