Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
We would appreciate it if you could start a load of towels before you leave.
Please have all dishes cleaned before leaving. They can be left on the dry tray but we expect all items used cleaned!
Please ensure all trash is placed outside in the trash cans on the main road by our house’s side gate entrance on the left side of the house. If you are looking at our house it’s on the left side.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$500 deep cleaning fee for any unapproved parties. $500 deep cleaning fee for smoking in the home. $500 deep cleaning fee for pets on property.
No unregistered guests allowed to stay overnight. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm till 7am.
After trips to the beach, please shower outside before entering the pool or house. No children allowed in the pool without adult supervision.

Clean, spacious home with beautiful private pool and a 5 minute walk to a beach that we almost had to ourselves every day. Home has everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool. We had 8 people from age 13-68 and it never felt crowded.

The location was great. Close to great beaches, the highway for easy in and out, towns with restaurants and groceries. The neighborhood itself was quiet and lovely, nice for strolling. The neighborhood is bordered by the Punta Santiago public beach on one side and a nature preserve on the other, so you don't have to go in a car to get beautiful places to wander or jog. The house itself is well appointed and comfortable, although if you have tiny children or mobility issues, there are lots of steps and hard tile floors. It has one of the better equipped vrbo kitchens I've stayed in, with all the dishes and utensils we needed.

Host was very accommodating. Dennis took care of a pool issue within 24 hours of hearing about it. The house had a washer & dryer available which was great with the little ones. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals there & if not, there were several places you could easily drive to in 10 min or less. The beach is just down the road 3 min by car. Coqui were in front bushes of house. My grandsons had fun trying to spot them in the evenings. There were shopping plazas with a Walmart & a great pizza place within 10 min of house. The pool was heavenly!

This was the perfect get-away for my husband and I to take our two daughters and their families. The five bedrooms was just what we needed, especially with the big bunks in two of the rooms. We liked having three bathrooms; the showers were great, and the outdoor shower was good for coming in from the each. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We appreciated all the games for the kiddos. The outdoor area was nice and big; the pool sealed the deal, and the kids appreciated the floats, etc. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. This property gave us the chance to come together but still give us the room to have our own space when we wanted it. It was the perfect vacation. We especially liked being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the sunrises. We would highly recommend this property.

Lovely property

My family and I were very impressed with this house. The house was lovely and clean and much consideration was taken for the guests (helpful information on restaurants and things to do in the area, stocked with beach supplies, water bottles, laundry detergent, etc). Would definitely recommend it!

Absolutely Wonderful!

I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home for your vacation. We had 8 adults and 2 children (3 & 12). There was plenty of space for all of us to eat, hang out and just enjoy ourselves. The home was clean and comfortable. The outside area by the pool was a great place to gather and enjoy the beautiful weather. The pool was big enough for all of us to enjoy and there were pool floats and games available. Our hosts were extremely attentive and addressed any and all issues immediately. If we are ever in the area again, we would absolutely stay here again.

This was a fantastic house for our family of 5, plus partners -- 7 in total. Everyone had their own bedroom, and in some cases, private baths, and the rest of the house provided great space for relaxing and having fun. Seeing our adult kids having a blast in the pool was like taking a step back in time -- a wonderful gift. The house was also so well stocked -- the best I've ever seen. Dennis was a phenomenal host with his regular communication and quick response to questions. Just a heads up to anyone coming to Puerto Rico, hot water everywhere seems to be extremely rare due to island infrastructure issues. Yet, the house provided the warmest water during our entire travels, which was totally fine given our hot days. Everyone in our group wished they could stay longer. Hands down, the house got rave reviews by everyone who stayed there!

This place worked out perfectly for our family. The kids really enjoyed night swims in the pool. Sargassum had reached the area so we weren’t able to swim at the beach, which is really close and walking distance, but it was still beautiful. We drove to Luquillo on beach days which was under an hour drive. We are so visited San Juan and El Yunque which was all under an hour as well. It’s located close to a Walmart and other conveniences. We were always able to reach the owner whenever we had any questions. The house was great! The upstairs living room area stayed a little warm, but we were not up there that much anyway. We had plenty of toiletries that were provided in the showers and there were plenty of bathroom and pool towels available. Would definitely recommend! We were a family of 9 ranging from ages 89 to 3 and felt like we had plenty of room.

Beautiful place and great communication from owner

The description and pictures of this beautiful home is exactly how it is described. Looks even better in person and it's so peaceful that I was able to quickly relax and feel like at home. Beautiful place and very private. It's very spacious for my whole family of 11 and still felt big enough that I did not feel crowded with so many people in one place. The beds were super comfortable and bathrooms are very clean. Lots of sitting areas to talk and pass a good time inside or outside next to the pool. Dennis was very quick to respond to my "many" questions as I was nervous because it was my first family vacation with grandbabies and in-laws. He accommodated us with a pack and play for the babies and a highchair which was super nice of him. The beach is a quick walk away. A quick walk/hike to Morrillo an old bunker from World War II that I wanted to see and didn't know it was very close from the home. There is a natural reserve nearby where they have bikes and Kayaks to rent and explore. Not too far from major stores neither. Loved the place and highly recommend it because of the service provided and the very peaceful location.

I’ve stayed at numerous VRBOs - this one may be my favorite. Dennis was helpful, the property was lovely, the pool was a great thing to have on site, we enjoyed the out door spaces, saw birds and lizards while the kids swam. We had a group of 10 and the house was plenty big. It was also easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from the house. I don’t think you’ll regret staying here!
