Casa grande y espaciosa. Bajar escaleras es un dormitorio principal y baño. Una cafetería, estufa y sala de estar con una bonita vista al mar y un pequeño porche.
El segundo piso es una amplia sala de estar y cocina con vistas a la bahía de Cholla. Tiene un maravilloso dormitorio principal con baño. Un segundo dormitorio pequeño y baño al otro lado del pasillo. Las habitaciones principales tienen camas King size. Habitación pequeña con dos camas individuales.
La vista de la azotea es espectacular y tiene una vista de 360 grados de la bahía.
Grandes amaneceres y puestas de sol. Estacionamiento para remolques, botes, vehículos todo terreno. Cancha Pickleball a 3 minutos a pie de la casa.

Very nice home, not far from all the local thongs to do. Beautiful views and very relaxing. Beach in the area is rocky not sandy, still very nice.

A great place to stay in Cholla Bay

My husband and I (and another couple) stayed here for 5 days. The house was amazing with excellent views. Jim, the owner was super communicative and helpful every step of the way. Definitely would recommend this house for a vacation getaway.

Beautiful view

Beautiful, spacious property. Six adults had plenty of space for privacy - we are family so occasionally just need space 😁 Although a patio / deck on each floor, the view from the top deck enjoying the ocean breeze was very relaxing. Definitely plan to rent again. Jim was a great, responsive host!

Awesome Experience

Rambo was a awesome Owner. He was very friendly and made sure we had a great time. Home is huge. Kitchen down stairs and upstairs. We will def stay here again. Highly recomend this place. Go up to the balcony and you are above every other house and the beach is almost at your doorsteps.

Best in Cholla Bay

The house is huge, big enough for our family to spread out. 3rd floor terrace is amazing! Views were absolutely unbelievable, Jon was easily a text away if we had any questions. Huge garage that fit our 4 door lifted Tundra, felt extremely secure. Up to date appliances, granite countertops, new mini split air conditioners which made the house very comfortable and the most friendly neighbors we’ve ever met! Thank you for letting us use Rambo for our stay in Cholla bay, we will be back !!

Incredible view in a quiet, relaxing environment

The property was easy to find and located very near restaurants, a convenience store, and a beach. Many full grocery stores were only a short drive away. The view from the balconies and the roof were spectacular. We cooked most of our meals so it was great to have a kitchen with new modern appliances, including a dishwasher (there are kitchens on both floors). Our host was very welcoming and supportive. The secured, attached garage was very spacious. The A/C worked great. The house was very nice and spacious and felt very safe as portion of hurricane / tropical storm Kay passed over.

I do not recommend renting to these people, they seem to appreciate nothing. I wonder why I have 5-star ratings by everyone who stayed at this house.

This is your place!

You absolutely should make this your next RP vacation home! We will be rebooking in the very near future. Relaxing, private, spacious, clean, easy to access, and secure. The 2 levels of living spaces made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Each had floor to ceiling windows on the wall facing the bay. Each area/room was very comfortable. They all had their own mini splits. Each level had it's own kitchen with fridge as well. Very convenient as we were traveling with kids and teens. Everyone had their own space; very spacious. The 3 bathrooms made it very convenient to get ready. The 3rd floor balcony provided an extra level of serenity. The view of Cholla Bay was beautiful day or night. Breathtaking! Close to food and drinks. Within walking distance if you prefer to stay close to home. A short driving distance to other RP amenities. Booking, communication, and fun was top notch! You can tell this owner really takes pride in his home and cares about his renters. Check-in/out was swift and easy. The owner was attentive and prompt with all communication. We had an amazing stay! So happy with our decision to book this home. We're ready to go back! Truly felt like home.

King of the hill!

Amazing views, huge rooms from what can only be described as a "villa". We stayed for a month and really felt like Locals. Our host was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We loved the vibe in Cholla Bay. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Birthday Weekend

We had such an amazing time in this lovely and perfect home. We have been to Rocky Point over a dozen times. We have experienced staying in homes, condos and hotel rooms. This home was our favorite thus far. It was immaculate , nice cold air conditioning, the beds were comfy and the home is very spacious and super affordable rates. We will definitely be returning!!!

Extended Weekend Trip at Rambo House

First trip to Rocky Point. Jim's directions and follow-up were awesome! This is a large property with plenty of space and a lovely roof deck. It is important to note if you are unfamiliar with the area that Cholla Bay is off a dirt road 4 miles from Sandy Beach / the Hotel Zone. Luckily we were in an SUV as it would not have been fun in a car.

Great property

House is awesome! Great views from the rooftop deck. Plenty of space for our crew of 6 but could easily accommodate more if you don’t mind sleeping on sofas or bring air mattresses. Great location too. 5 minute walk to JJs Cantina and 10 minute drive to Banditos and Wrecked at the Reef. Only negative is there is no WiFi but definitely not a deal breaker. Very happy with our experience and would definitely stay there again.

This is a newer construction of 3 stories, the 3rd being an amazing upper deck with incredible views. Finding this place is a rad confusing but Jim, the owner gives great directions. I have no negatives about this place but next time will have some friends join instead of just the two of us and our dog. GREAT PLACE!

Exactly as described, owner was very friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to questions. Area is quiet and not busy - outside of town in a small community right off Cholla Bay. Beautiful views, beautiful well equipped home.

Jim was very professional and a pleasure to work with and if there's a problem or hiccup he's on it immediately. I would recommend this house and host to everyone I know! I wish I could've stayed longer.

Clean house with beautiful views!

Check in was smooth and finding the house was no problem at all. Jim’s communication was outstanding, before and during our stay. House was very clean and organized which is something I noticed immediately. You have three great views on all patios and a very spacious inside on all floors. Just an all around great house that we plan to rent again in the future.
