Beautiful penthouse condo in a prime location at the Waikoloa Fairway Villas. Located a short distance from Queens Market Place and Lava Lava Beach Club, F32 is near all the best sights and golf in South Kohala. With elevator access to this top floor unit, guests will enter into an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and views of Kohala Mountain and the golf fairway. The lush greenery of the 15th and 16th holes of the Waikoloa Beach Course beckon you to the outdoor patio.

The master bedroom boasts fairway views and offers a king size bed, TV and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a complete bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and the upstairs loft also offers a desk and seating area with an additional sofa sleeper for versatility in sleeping arrangements. F32 will accommodate up to 6 guests and is outfitted with all the comforts of home, including a well-stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, HD TV's in both bedrooms and living room, central air-conditioning and WIFI. Other amenities of this outstanding vacation rental include a reserved parking stall, complimentary access to the Fairway Villas exercise room and infinity pool complex and discounted rates at the Waikoloa Resort golf courses.

Waikoloa vacation

Waikoloa village was a fantastic little place. Would absolutely come back for a visit. My only complaint would be that you could control the AC. For the most part it stayed very cool but some parts of the day when everything was locked up and closed it would get to 86 inside the condo.

Great location, poor service

The condo is very nice, quiet with a beautiful view of sunrise. Anaeho'omalu Bay (A Bay) and Kings and Queens shopping centers are within walking distance. A Bay is a beautiful beach with bathrooms and a foot shower and water toys available for rent. You can walk along the water for miles and there are usually sea turtles around. Chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels were provided as well as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and some toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed for our two week stay. When we arrived the floors were filthy with sand and dirt which I had to clean. Beach towels and toilet paper didn't arrive until day 2 after we had purchased toilet paper and gone to the beach. The knob for the dryer was broken and we had to rig up another way to control the dryer. It took several days for the management company to fix the problem. The hot water was not working in the master bathroom shower and it took several days before the maintenance person came out to address the problem, which was simple. The hot and cold water pipes are reversed and marked incorrectly, you must put it on cold for hot water and hot for cold water. All of that said, we would stay here again,
