Perched upon the exclusive Pedregal mountain, this beautiful home has open format living areas, large outdoor patios for every private bedroom (all kings), and gorgeous ample outdoor space for taking in the healing ocean breeze and Cabo sun. This 7000 square foot home is one of the few that offers unsurpassed views of the Pacific Ocean, the Sea of Cortez and the magnificent city lights of Cabo San Lucas!

—Two Large Terraces with Unmatched Views of the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean:
The 2000+ square foot upper outdoor terrace provides two pools (one infinity pool with hot tub overlooking the Sea of Cortez and one lap grotto pool), a large covered dining area under the palapa with full outdoor kitchen and ample area for entertaining. For nighttime gathering, this terrace has a large permanent limestone fire pit that easily accommodates all of your guests. Recently added in October 2021, the home also has a new 1000 square foot terrace facing the Pacific Ocean to watch the beautiful Cabo sunsets, whales, or just relax and take in the sounds and views of the aqua blue Pacific.

—Five Master Suites:
The home has five master bedrooms, each with its own terrace. The first floor consists of two king bedrooms with private baths and outdoor terraces. These bedrooms are ideal for people who may need to wake up early and go fishing without disturbing the rest of the guests in the house.

The second floor also provides two master king bedrooms with private baths and outdoor terraces. One of these master suites room offers a connecting TV/family room. Second floor also provides an enormous shaded outdoor living / entertaining area.

—Kitchen and Family Areas:
The third/main floor provides large open living spaces, chef's kitchen and master king bedroom opening up to an expansive terrace and beautiful views overlooking Sea of Cortez and the City of Cabo San Lucas. The main floor also has a relaxing living room and den, both of which have panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and a new 1000 square foot terrace to take in the beauty of the Pacific and its burnt orange sunsets.

The views are amazing as casa is at the top. The pool terrace is large and comfortable. Plenty for everyone to layout by the pool and fire pit as well. The front terrace has amazing sunsets and ideal for pictures. JP the house manager is hr best! He was attentive and helpful. The house is just across from pickleball courts and the beach on pacific side is a long hilly walk. We would definitely return.

Absolutely the Best!!

We've rented many wonderful properties, but this is absolutely the best! Five master bedrooms, a beautifully designed home and a property manager that went over the top to help with restaurant reservations, vans to take ten of us, etc. Stunning views off the patio/pool area afford a view of the Sea of Cortez, while other balconies look out over the Pacific. You won't be disappointed if you choose Casa Carmelo.

Family and Friend Christmas Getaway

The house and location were fantastic! Amazing views and stunning outdoor balconies and pool areas! From the moment I booked I was greeted by the owner and soon after by the house manager JP. He was incredibly helpful in booking a private boat, golf outings and chef services. JP went above and beyond to stock the house with all of our requests. The house was gorgeous. Beautiful king suites accommodated our group comfortably. I will rent Casa Carmelo again!

Wonderful property all the amenities!

Extra attention to details were great! Plenty of nice top quality towels as well as pillows and bed linens. Also very nice to stay in a home that had paper towels and toilet paper as well as a washer and dryer with soap provided. Also very nice to have hand soap, body soap and shampoo and conditioner in the house. VERY VERY NICE! Thank you for the attention to detail!

Excellente, Fabulous House & Views

This was a great house, plenty of room & privacy for the 5 couples. Juan Pablo, property manager was available for questions, & service. Kitchen utensils, dishes were plenty, could use a baking sheet, but we made due with the cake pan & broiler pan. Grilled outside on the spacious pool patio. Beautiful view from Pedregal down to the marina & pedregal la plaza. I recommend this house & would love to stay here again. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub, & around the fire pit on the pool patio.

Exceptional experience!

My husband and I rented this home to bring our adult children for their first trip to Cabo. We had the most awesome experience and this was by far our best family trip ever. If I could rate this home higher than 5 stars I most certainly would. In every way, it was perfection. The views are incredible, we could easily see the whales from the Pacific Terrace and the sunrises in the morning by the pool were breathtaking! The photos are exactly the same as you’ll see in person. I have never slept as well as I did here, I wanted to take the bedding with me! The house manager, Juan was truly awesome and extremely responsive. We also had the house stocked ahead of our arrival and hired the in-house chef services and that was a game changer. Javier was the best! It was awesome having breakfast made every morning, a couple lunches and also dinners. It was so awesome not having to eat at restaurants all the time and the food was incredible. We truly didn’t want to ever leave and fell in love with this property! One of the best experiences and one that we will remember forever. Thank you Tony & Elizabeth for helping us create awesome memories with our family!

Lovely home and view

The home is exactly as it looks in the photos...stunning views, great decor, etc. The concierge, Juan Cabo and his wife, Irania....sent us everything from how to rent a boat to how to get groceries, all in advance. They were there when we arrived with chips, guacamole, salsa and margaritas! Juan Pablo, the property manager, was also amazing. During our stay there was a tropical storm passing through and he came and removed all the exterior furniture, put down sandbags, etc. The next day was sunny and he came back and removed the sand bags and put out the furniture. Such great service! This might be an expensive place to stay. Because it's up on Pedegral mountain, you can't really walk into town, the marina, grocery shopping, etc. If you plan to stay at the house the whole time, that's great. We wanted to get out and it was $25-$30 every time we left, one-way. It's essentially $4/pp for a taxi, each way. Also, the house is on 3 stories. Master/Living/Dining/Kitchen/Family Room on the upper level. Two (spacious) rooms on the middle level and two (amazing views) rooms on the bottom level. We had my 74 year old MIL with us and she did fine because they have an elevator...albeit tiny but it worked. Lastly, you'll definitely want to hire the chef and bartender. Javier, the chef, is so talented and takes any dietary restrictions into account. His food is to die for...and Antonio, the bartender - AMAZING! He's a full waiter - sets the table, makes the drinks, serves the food, cleans up, etc. Those two are worth every penny!

Beautiful and You will want to stay here!

Oh my goodness! This property is amazing! There was plenty of room for our party of 10. JD is amazing concierge. He and his wife, Irania, helped to arrange our excursions and all of our transportation. We could not have done it without them. The home itself is beautiful! Every bedroom has it's own terrace and depending which room you select you may look at the pacific ocean, the sea or Cortez or the City (which is amazing at night). We spent much of our time on the main terrace with the outdoor eating space and the lap pool and the Infiniti pool. It sits high in the hills of Pedregal and has a fantastic view of the water and city. We could watch fireworks at night. The property is well stocked with plenty of towls (bath and pool), soap, shampoo and conditioner and blow dryers. The kitchen is well stocked as well and there are some general spices like salt/pepper, sugar etc. which was helpful. The cleaning crew came twice while we were there which was perfect to replace towels. You should have JD and Iriania make a Costco run for you before you get there as they will have it all put away and cooling in the refrigerator. They also had fresh salsa, guacamole and margaritas when we arrived!! We weren't sure what we are going to do for dinner that night so We had JD arrange food from a local restaurant the first night which was a perfect conclusion to our day of travel. It is just a lovely place to relax, to read, swim and play. It is quite a walk up to the residence and even though our party if pretty in shape, I would suggest taking a taxi up especially if you are carrying shopping or grocery bags.

A group of us reserved this home for 6 days to celebrate my birthday. The owners were great communicating and getting us in contact with the house manager and concierge. The home is beautiful, even better than photos and the staff handled all of our requests.

Stellar Property!

This house is absolutely stunning! Exactly as pictured. The hosts were very helpful and great to work with. They sent me a list of restaurant and bar locations that they recommended we visit. JP, the concierge, helped schedule transportation, in-house chef, bartender, and massages. JP had welcome drinks and snacks when we arrived in addition to balloons for the celebration of my husband's 50th birthday! We were an adult group of 10 and there were plenty of areas to sit in a large group or separately on private patios. So much space to gather and pools and firepit were perfect for our size party. Such an amazing house, gorgeous views and beautifully decorated as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is absolutely amazing ! Exactly as pictured. Each bedroom has a patio. Two rooms own wing .. so more separate. Main bedroom on main living area and then two others the floor below. All the beds and linens are so comfortable. One bedroom has a large sitting room area attached and huge patio area that has a ping pong table. Each room has a deadbolt that can lock at night or use key to lock during day. There is an elevator in the house to use as well. Gorgeous huge patio facing the sea of Cortez with outdoor covered kitchen with seating, fire pit, hot tub warm pool and loungers, plus a cooler lap pool as well. Then patio on other side with views of Pacific Ocean and beautiful sunsets. Kitchen fully equipped ..with large kitchen table and many bar stool chairs.. JP helped schedule transportation, in house chef, and massages. JP Even had welcome drinks and snacks when we arrived in addition to balloons for the celebration of my husbands 50th .. so sweet and yummy ! Costco is nearby as well… plenty of fridge and freezer space. Plenty of spices there to use in cabinet. Beach towels there as well for use. Uber is available to use as well.. download app! Safe gated community with tennis and pickle ball courts as well as a cafe for meals and coffee by the courts. Private non swimming beach walking distance as well as downtown.. be advised it is up in the hills of Pedregal so plan ahead and bring tennis shoes to walk on as roads are bumpy and hills but definitely do able. Such an amazing house, gorgeous views and beautifully decorated as well!

Beautiful place!

What a comfortable place for 9 adults to enjoy some sunshine and friendship. There was plenty of room for everyone. The fire pit was great for the evenings. The hot tub was nice. The only negative was that the pool wasn’t heated. But we just sat in the hot tub.

Had a blast...

I'd give it a 9 of 10 ...the only drawback being the availablity of transportation. The guard gate is difficult to get a hold of. On several occasions, we had to wait 30+ minutes for a car to get through, even after we had notified. If we weren't going to town, then we were golden.

Better than Expected

The process was very easy and the house is beautiful. The house was painted and is now cream white instead of the brown shown in the photo. The view is spectacular. This house is at the top of Pedregal. You overlook the marina out the back door and the Pacific Ocean out the front door. Amazing place. The property manager is great and will be there in an instant if you have any questions how things operate. Will definitely be back.

Amazing house with incredible views!

My family and I stayed at Casa Carmelo for 2 weeks while in Cabo for my sisters wedding. Words cannot describe what fantastic views this house has! Extra Large balcony with grill, outdoor fire pit and spa! Multiple bedrooms to accommodate privacy for all of us. Juan was a great house manager and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Pedregal!

Beautiful well maintained home

Our family went to Cabo for vacation, and we found this home perfect for our needs. Each bedroom had king sized beds and private baths, which was perfect as our two sons and their wives were with us. Casa Carmelo is located centrally to everything and Juan and his wife were so attentive and helpful. Such a wonderful time, we will come back as soon as we find the time to get away again! Highly recommend this home!!

Absolutely stunning house with high-end everything!

We were a group of 8 adults and everyone had tons of space, 2 huge bedrooms on each floor with tons of privacy for each couple. But the bedroom by the pool is the best with a wall that opens completely so it’s like sleeping outside with great breezes and the sound of the ocean. We walked to the local beach and into town multiple times, about a 20 minute walk with hills but our group is in shape. Also got a taxi that fit all 8 of us, super easy when you don’t want to walk. Juan was awesome and even got us a new bottle of tequila when ours broke before we ever made it inside the house. We had the chefs from BrownsServices cook for us and they were spectacular, food and service, best fish tacos we’ve ever had!!! Last, Carmen was super responsive, made everything so easy and incredibly generous in sharing this magnificent home on the hill for a perfect vacation!

ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR HOUSE

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and after stressing out over losing 2 homes due to double booking and change of ownership, my family and friends absolutely hit a grand slam with this estate. First the house and the views were the most spectacular we have ever seen, there are so many levels to this beauty of a house and everyone in our group seemed to just migrate to the amazing bedrooms like they all knew where they were going. We arrived on super bowl Sunday, when we got there all the TVs were turned on and volume up just waiting for our arrival. Oh did I mention, we were completely stocked on every level with coolers of beer, drinks and food everywhere. We pre-ordered groceries with Prickly Pear Cabo and they delivered to the house before we arrived. Juan, the property manager was there to greet us upon arrival and got us settled in and realizing that over the next 5 days of our stay Juan would become part of our family. He is an incredible man and whatever we needed at any time he was there to assist us! Thank you so much sir you truly were amazing. The house keeper, Aida was absolutely one of the most sweetest, amazing, hard working ladies you will ever find anywhere. I used an app on my phone to translate Spanish to English, she laughed hysterically and absolutely loved it. We loved her so much thanks sweetheart. We used "Brownsprivateservices" for our airport transportation and our vow renewal steak and lobster catered dinner. Can we just say incredible, outstanding , professional!!!! Thank you so very much for everything your company was A+++++++++++. Finally the amazing owner, Carmen Piucci...thank you so much for renting your house to me and my family. This was truly the best week of our lives and couldn't have been more pleased with you, your staff and how easy and helpful you all were to us all. When we think of the amazing Cabo San Lucas we will always think of the amazing house on the top of the hill called Casa Carmella.
