This cozy property is a great place to visit Sequoia and King's Canyon from. The house is well stocked and clean. The owners are very kind and responsive. We enjoyed sitting on the porch swing and watching the birds out of the front window.

Relaxing and clean home

We stayed here while visiting Sequoia National Park. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is well stocked and had everything we needed. I especially liked sitting on the deck in the evenings and enjoying the view and the birds.

Beautiful View

Nice home. Good location for entry to Sequoia National Park. Enjoyed star gazing from the beautiful deck as well as watching the birds and small animals running around the property. Wish we had more than two days there!

EVERYTHING you need and a View

We had an amazing time in the parks, which are just a short drive away. But our time at Vista Haus was restoring and quiet. Fred is a wonderful host who made sure we had everything we needed. You can’t go wrong here!

Great location - not far from Sequoia National Park entrance, as well as, close to Three Rivers Brewing and other local dining options. Spacious house with a nice view from outdoor spaces and attached decks. Although the rental had pretty much all you need for a vacation stay (e.g. kitchen utensils, board games, books, TV, DVDs, etc.) the interior is dated and the decor a bit of a hodge podge. All in all, a decent rental for a few days in Three Rivers and Sequoia.

Sequoia base camp of hospitality

The house is beautiful and in such a convenient location close to food and shopping in Three Rivers and a drive to the Sequoia and Kings Canyon national parks. It's so quiet and calm here it feels like you're alone in the hills, while only a few minutes from town, about an hour to Sherman Tree and 90 minutes Kings Canyon entrance park. The house if full of clever decorations, handy items and thoughtful notes. We really appreciated the trail maps in the house. Fred responded quickly to any question or issue we had.

Very close. 6 miles up the road to the south entrance. The house was very clean and had some basic amenities (like a roll of paper towels and salt and pepper). Fred gave some great tips to save some money (shop in Fresno before you get to Three Rivers). The house felt very secluded but was only a few blocks off the Main Street. We had a great time sitting outside.

Excellent Hosts

Three Rivers home had everything our group of 4 needed. It was a very comfortable place to relax and recharge after visiting Sequoia and King's Canyon Parks. Communication with Fred and Maria was excellent. And the welcome fruit basket was such a nice treat!

Perfect for Sequoia

Definitely a positive experience. Fred and Maria were flexible and their place exceeded our expectations. We felt welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor decks. Perfect for day hikes in Sequoia National Park. Grocery store nearby as well.

Close to NPs and clean!

Convenient location for going to explore Sequoia and Kings. Place was clean and comfortable. Lots of nature on their property, bunnies, quail, coyotes all fun to see while we were there.
