We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this truly stunning villa. It is well situated just down the road from Coral Bay restaurants and market. The interior is beautiful, just as the pictures show. We had everything we needed, and more: beach chairs, noodles, towels, kitchen equipment galore. The pool and poolside are the best! We spent so much time out there because of the amazing view of the bay, and the stars at night. There are so many other lovely details, like the plants, the shells in the shower and tiles, the wind chimes, and the tasteful furniture. We are a family of four, but the place can easily accommodate six people. The downstairs is it's own little flat with a kitchenette. Carolyn responded quickly to all my questions and was a great host. I would recommend this villa with no hesitation. We had a magical time there!

The house and view were magnificent. We like to stay away from crowds. So this house, on the side of a hill, at the East End near Coral Bay, checked all our boxes. And we had our own pool.

We had an amazing stay. The view from the porch can not be beat. Great location! We will be back :)

This was our second vacation to St John and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the fact that it had a great view but was not so far up the hill that driving up and down was annoying. It was in a great location, very close to Coral Bay restaurants and shopping as well as a short drive to beaches on both the north and south shores. It was fun seeing little goats come to drink out of the pool daily as well. It had everything we needed in regards to kitchen equipment, supplies, etc. The King bed was very comfortable and the outdoor shower was a fun twist. Just 2 small suggestions to make the property even better: Because there is only one small bathroom, it would be handy to have another mirror on a wall somewhere. Also, there is a small gap in the door leading to the outdoor shower that could be easily remedied with some weather stripping to prevent bugs from getting in. Overall, great stay, would come again!

Owners and property manager are perfect in that they invest in and manage the property very, very well - but otherwise leave you alone. Very private and tastefully appointed. Great for anyone NOT looking for cruise ship, nightclub and/or resort crowds or services. Also helps if you're not afraid of 4-wheel drive. I highly recommend Seawing. The property has a beautiful view and it’s quiet. It’s on the other side of the island from Cruz Bay but I liked it better. Julie makes amazing food and Jack will set you up with a Jeep. Julie was so kind to make us soup, amazing garlic bread and cookies after the hurricane. We had the best ever vacation there!

Our time at Harmony Retreat was full of surprises, but overall it did not disappoint. Upon arrival the pool was not available due to a broken pump, there were a few power outages over the entire island in the first few days (one lasting 22 hours), and the washing machine quit working later on. But Paul was the man, he quickly had the pool up and running shortly after we arrived, provided power to the refrigerator via a generator so all our food would not spoil, and replaced the washing machine within hours after finding out it did not work. This is no small task when considering one must go to St. Thomas to get parts to fix most things. Paul not only did an outstanding job in keeping the place up and running, but he also is a great source of information when asking about places to explore and eat. Overall, the cottage is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, has everything a couple needs to cook, relax, and enjoy the wonderful scenery off the deck. Checking in and out is very easy, with no surprises. We definitely recommend this place to those who plan to vacation on the island. We were in awe when we arrived. Even at night, we couldn’t believe how beautiful our surroundings were and could not wait to see it all in the morning. Once we settled in, Catherine brought us the perfect meal after a long day of travel. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the Villa patio with my parents who stayed in the separate property above the cottage, which also has a pool and a full kitchen. Both properties were peaceful and enjoyable places to drink coffee in the morning and relax after a day of exploring the island. It was also nice having Catherine available to chat with and offer suggestions for places to visit. Her snorkeling suggestion ended up being our favorite spot. The details like the sugar to feed the birds and the outdoor shower make this a special and memorable place!
