Perfect view of beach and nice balcony. Clean and nicely decorated. Everything needed was provided except for things clearly listed on owners info sheet. Beach is so peaceful and not crowded. Convenience to restaurants. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Our host were very good with communication. The location was amazing!!!! There was construction on the building we were unaware of and had it been the summer or not during a holiday I am sure it would have hindered our stay. Parking is tight for larger vehicles closer to the property but that’s not something that is the owners issue just letting people know who drive bigger vehicles coming in on vacation. Overall it was a great stay.

This oceanfront condo has beautiful views and is very comfortable. Nice location on Ocean Isle…quiet area but close enough to restaurants. We hope to return to this condo in the future. Also the host was very responsive to all questions.

The location was excellent! Really enjoyed the ocean/beach view from the living room or the balcony, and just a short walk to the beach was perfect. Enjoyed watching the sun come up every morning. The accommodations were nice and clean. Just right for two people.

Had a great stay to celebrate my mom’s 73rd birthday weekend. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Linens/towels not provided but were easy to rent through Angie’s Linens. Ocean views and beach access was perfect. Walked to dinner at Le VoLTE. Fab! The best part was the communication of our host and how she went above and beyond. Good customer is rare these days and our host gave extraordinary service to make our stay not just good but great.

Ocean Isle Beach

The location of the property was great and the elevator was so useful to move luggage up and down. A few things that should be listed, but may be out of the owners control... the pool was not assessable, deck was torn off. There was scaffolding right over the boardwalk to the beach - and active cement coming down as they worked. Also, the primary bath has a toilet that sits way too low. Anyone would have trouble getting on and off the toilet, except maybe a toddler. The towel bar was broken off the wall with a handmade sign that said "do not touch." A few areas could have been cleaner - the oven still had crumbs in the bottom. Otherwise, all else was fine.

Disappointed

I received an email from the owner just one hour before check-in, informing me that they do not provide linens or towels. I had never encountered such a policy before. After I reached out to her, she sent some linens but no towels. The apartment itself is beautiful with a stunning view, but there was no shampoo, soap, or shower gel available.The next day, I was surprised when a handyman knocked on the door and entered without any prior notice. He came to fix some things in the bedroom, which felt very unprofessional since we were not informed beforehand.While I loved the location, the apartment, and especially the balcony, my weekend was ruined by the lack of basic amenities like towels, linens, and toiletries.

Spring Break Getaway

We enjoyed the condo very much. Very clean. Kitchen was well-equipped. King bed was super comfortable. Living room furniture was very nice. View was great from couch and on patio. Didn't watch TV. We would love to return.

Lovely condo and location

You cannot beat the location of this condo! It’s a lovely little spot. Just know you will need to bring your own beach essentials (chairs, umbrella, cooler etc) which I didn’t pay attention to until we arrived and were heading to the beach the next day but there’s tons of shops for any needs. Cottage was clean and very nice. Perfect for a mom’s weekend away.

I have been coming to Ocean Isle Beach every summer with my family since 1986. Some of my fondest memories of childhood are the summer nights we spent on the beach playing volleyball together. Throughout the years, OIB has been the backdrop for some very special memories... all 3 of my children put their toes in the ocean for the first time while standing on OIB sand. Throughout it all, Ocean Isle Beach has remained a clean and family friendly beach. We are so excited to share this very special beach with our guests so that they can create their own OIB memories.

Our condo has stunning unobstructed views of the beach. Guests can watch the sun rise and fall, dolphins swim, pelicans dive, and most importantly, have an easy sight line to other friends/family members down on the beach. It is also conveniently located near the elevator and near the Isles Restaurant & Tiki Bar.
