Available for a winter rental next yea: January 1st 2020 til March 31st 2020. An ever changing view from three separate balconies! Dolphins, egrets, wood storks, herrings, and more. Two lovely bedrooms. Master has a king bed, big screen TV, private balcony with swivel rockers looking into the entrance of Shelter Cove Marina. It has an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a separate water closet area with a step in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, private balcony with bistro table and chairs, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower.. Double vanities. A third balcony from the dining area looking across Broad Creek. The living room has two reclining rockers, an electric fireplace, and a big screen smart TV. Kitchen is fully firnished.: stove, microwave, dishwasher, refridgerater with ice maker, full size Waher and dryer. Internet included. Short/easy walk to great shopping, excellent dining , water activiities and [seasonal] entertainment. Gated property with an elevator. Ample parking. We have a two month minimum stay and a 4 month maximum stay. Small non-allergin dogs are allowed, but must be approved by owner.
