Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this inviting villa in Shipyard Plantation offers the perfect blend of relaxation and resort-style amenities, surrounded by championship golf, world-class tennis, a community pool, heated spa, and convenient community gas grills — all just minutes from the beach.

This two-bedroom, two-bath retreat is designed for comfort and privacy. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, serene lagoon views, and a private ensuite bath. The guest bedroom offers a king bed and its own ensuite bath as well, making it ideal for couples or families traveling together. An in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience, while WiFi and streaming TV provide easy entertainment after a day outdoors.

Step onto your private porch overlooking the peaceful lagoon and enjoy the beauty of the Lowcountry. Keep an eye out for native wildlife, including wading birds and even the occasional alligator, as you sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening breeze.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, four backpack beach chairs and four adult bicycles are provided, giving you everything you need to explore Hilton Head Island with ease. HHI week at the beach

This unit was gorgeous. It was so clean and had everything you could possibly need. We had a quick mom daughter get away and it was the perfect place. We love Shipyard. Communication with the property managers was quick. Only downer was pool was closed during our time there because of a storm. We were counting on pool time. We are making this our new go to stay in Shipyard.

Summer Vacation at HHI

The condo is comfortable and in a great community. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a short bike ride to the beach. Thanks for including bikes, beach chairs, and wagon to carry things to the beach.

Great Stay

The property was very clean. Furnishings and furniture were newer and comfortable. Loved having the bikes, wagon and beach chairs! We had a small issue with a toilet in the master- I called the rental company and it was all fixed in a little over and hour! It was a great stay!!

Great time at Shipyard Colonnade Club

We had a great time. Very nicely remodeled villa. Host was thoughtful in providing all things necessary for a great vacation including bikes, beach chairs and a well-equipped kitchen. Unit was close to the pool with hot tub. Walk to the beach was about 15-minutes, but with the bikes it was quick getting to the beach. Having the bikes is a great benefit as we love to ride around the plantation. The management company was very responsive to a few inquiries we had. We have been to Shipyard many times in the past. This unit was one of the best ever. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Pleasant Experience

Was pleased with the property but felt the master bathroom needed updating. Shower fixtures, mirror in tub area and lack of handicap bars should be considered in the update. Otherwise I enjoyed the many amenities of the other new updates in this property. We would definitely consider renting this property again especially since there were king beds in both bedrooms. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. Truly appreciated spice rack!

Beds were comfortable and liked that each room had a king bed instead of your typical twin beds, kitchen had everything we needed- with community grills near by for easy access. Beach was great. Loved the rinsing station and the bathrooms/ snack bar being close to the beach access. We used the hot tub almost every night. Used the provided bikes several times and enjoyed our rides. We liked that you were able to rent umbrellas at the beach & then took our beach chairs from the condo. Overall great experience and will definitely be returning in the future!

Great stay

From the time we booked we had great service. We recieved emails and instructions for all services. When we arrived on a saturday to get our car pass the office was very nice. They even checked and told us our place was ready a little early. The condo was very clean and had everything you need. 4 very nice beach chairs, wagon to pull things to the beach, and toys. The kitchen is well stocked. Even had spices. The space is comfortable. Nice beds and good tvs. There are extra putlets if you need rgem, games, books and puzzles. Having bikes right when you get there is great as well. Close to the path to get to beach and beside pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would come back!

Great location, but…

Pros: -Shipyard location, small complex close to the bike path -It was nice that the bikes were provided, even though the instructions to access them were incorrect -The view of the pond from the back deck was serene -I enjoyed the provided beach chairs Cons: -It was a pain to pick up my Shipyard pass from the dark exterior of Island rentals when we got into town late -The condo was very dirty; hair everywhere, toothpaste in sinks, dirty mirrors -Coffee filters weren’t included -I reached out to the provided number to complain about the lack of cleanliness, and never received a response -The beds were rock hard -This unit was very dated

A Perfectly Beachy Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I spent a wonderful week at 167. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and up-to-date. We loved the gorgeous views of the lagoon from the deck while having morning coffee. The location within Shipyard is private and quiet, with a short walk to the beach access. (We typically drove and parked, though, because of how much we cart to the beach!) The bedrooms are huge with plenty of closet and drawer space. The owners have done a wonderful job, clearly spending time and money to ensure their renters have anything needed. Probably the most surprising thing to me was a Dyson in the closet! I felt like I was at home! We used it several times to keep the floors free of sand. We would not hesitate to rent this beautiful condo again!
