Picturesque and private - family atmosphere resort! Updated exterior with fresh paint and decking. Recent interior improvement with LV flooring and carpet in bedrooms! New refrigerator and new washer and dryer! Nestled in a quiet, private gated community. Renting for weeks in November, December, January & February. Escape your cold winters to the warm comfortable climate – and no snow!

Unit 272 is located in the gated resort community of Shipyard with a lagoon view next to the golf course and just a short walk to the wide sandy white beaches. This first floor living villa is a clean and open living/dining area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, that offers a back deck with a lagoon view. Main bedroom ensuite with new Sealy king bed mattress, large dresser, nightstands, TV and large closet. Sliding doors open to a covered deck with lagoon view. Guest bedroom ensuite with two (2) twin beds, dresser, TV, closet and view of the lagoon.

Everything you need is included - bedding, towels, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen (a starter kit of soaps, dishwasher & laundry detergent is provided). BQ villas are nicely spread around a quintessential cul-de-sac which provides quietness and seclusion while nestled among the oak trees draped with Spanish moss. Parking is just steps away from the villa and security cameras are located around common areas of the exterior property.

Your rental includes use of Brigantine Quarter’s two private swimming pools (the larger pool has a covered patio with comfortable seating and gas patio heaters), two private tennis/pickleball courts and grills/picnic areas. Shipyard features private beaches, a 27-hole championship golf course (fees not included) and miles of paved biking/walking paths. Grab a casual meal at the Shipyard Golf Club’s Brickyard Pub with indoor/outdoor seating views of the course! There is a private beach access gate that will lead you to the shoreline just a couple of blocks away! Or you can also access the Shipyard Beach at the Sonesta Resort. The Villa is located at the mid/south end of the island near Shelter Cove Marina, Sea Pines and Harbour Town with diverse dining, shopping, fun activities and golf courses. It is also just a short walk or bike ride to the “retro beach vibe” of Coligny Plaza!

Lovely Visit

Hilton Head is always our favorite place to visit and Unit 272 made it even more so. This condo is quiet, well equipped and in a very convenient location. Biking in Shipyard was fun and close to the wonderful beach. Watching the birds come and go from the lagoon was a special treat.

Best experience! Owners are fantastic to work with! Very helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to make sure we could find everything and that the check-in process went smoothly.The villa was nice, comfortable, clean,quiet. Location is great. 2 block walk to beach. 1 hour drive to Savannah. 2 hour drive to Charleston. Many areas in Hilton Head to see. Overall great and highly recommend!

January at Brigatine

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Unit 272 during January. The view of the lagoon from the living area entertained us with the various birds fishing, turtles sunning themselves and a particularly large alligator heading to his favorite spot every morning! The kitchen was large and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains kept us sleeping well. Although the weather didn’t allow us to take advantage of the pool, there are actually two pools! The larger pool has a grill area, a covered patio with comfortable wicker chairs and gas patio heaters. The tennis courts also serve as pickleball courts and were well used. Addition grills were in the backyard were very handy and lit at night. The beach access is a special treat. Check in was smooth and the owners were very accommodating Brigatine is a quiet area with very friendly renters! Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been married over 40 years and have one son who lives in Florida. We live in Ohio and both of us have worked in the corporate world our whole careers (although I am now enjoying an early-retirement). We like to keep busy and enjoy biking, boating, golfing and traveling.

Why they chose this property

We have traveled from coast to coast but feel Hilton Head is our “home away from home” as we have been vacationing here for over 25 years. We love the island’s great family atmosphere, friendly people, warm weather and landscaping! There are a variety of restaurants and plenty of things to experience – or just grab a book and spend the day in the sun and sand! The sunrises and sunsets are picturesque. And, the paved bike paths are an easy ride that serpentine around the inner island and takes you off the beaten path - or opt for a relaxing bike ride on the beach!

What makes this property unique

The Shipyard community is private, quiet, relaxing and has beautiful views of golf courses, lagoons and scenic bike paths. The spacious and well maintained Brigantine Quarters villas are nestled back in among the Spanish Moss Oaks and offer a quick walk to the private beach! We always knew that someday we wanted to own “a little piece of the island” and now we’d like to share it with you and your family. Make memories and enjoy your life in this coastal low country community villa!
