Esta encantadora villa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicada en Sea Pines tiene hermosas vistas a la laguna y ha sido completamente renovada. La cocina totalmente remodelada con comedor en 4, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y salpicaduras de azulejos se encuentra justo a la izquierda al entrar a la villa. El comedor y la sala de estar se encuentran justo al lado de la cocina y cuentan con muebles nuevos y un enorme televisor de pantalla plana. La habitación más maravillosa de la villa es el porche con televisor de pantalla plana ubicado justo al lado de la sala de estar. Disfrutarás de increíbles vistas a la laguna mientras observas aves y tienes vistas a Sea Pines Forest Preserve. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y baño adjunto y el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen, dos camas y baño adjunto.

This is a comfortable and well furnished villa. It has a beautiful view of the lagoon behind it and we enjoyed watching the birds. It is quiet and relaxing. The nearby pool was great and uncrowded as were the pickleball/tennis courts. We were happy with our stay

Stayed at this property earlier in the year and was not disappointed. Very clean and adequately appointed. Easy access to stores and beach. Would stay here again.

Nice updated place

We enjoyed a week at this location. It was a nice updated condo in a central location in sea pines. The enclosed porch was a nice addition to enjoy the nights without bugs.

Relaxing!

We loved our stay here. It was comfortable and highly functional, and we were surprised by how nice the pool is. We ended up there much more than anticipated. The porch overlooking the lagoon was a highlight (as someone else mentioned—the furniture needs to be updated). Lots of fun biking to the beach. We would stay here again very gladly.

Awesome Views

Wonderful property with screen porch with views of the lagoon and wildlife every morning for coffee and in the evening for cocktails. Very well furnished, very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Only thing missing was an ice cream scoop! Would definitely rent again!

A perfect vacation

The property exceeded our expectations. We had a fabulous view of the lake, especially from the screened in porch. Saw lots of alligators swimming and birds flying. It was a peaceful spot and only a short 15 minute bike ride to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable and we will definitely want to rent it again when we go back to Hilton Head.

Heritage Golf tournament

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean and located in an area where you can ride a bike to beach or shopping. The screened porch is very relaxing to watch wildlife especially alligators! We rode bikes to Heritage golf tournament. So much easier to park! We hope to return and spend more time in Hilton Head. Would return to this condo for sure!

Pre-season Beach Break

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and very well appointed. Beach towels were available for us to use and a washer and dryer were in the unit, which was great. We ate in most evenings and the kitchen utilities were great. Only had issues using the tv remotes so mostly read. Altogether though it was a great stay. Would book here again.

A very nice unit in a great location. Would definitely return . The only problem we had was with the TVs. Had to call 3 times for assistance.

Comfortable w Beautiful Backyard View!

The selling point for us selecting this home was the enclosed back porch since we were coming in September when HHI is known for rain. We spent more time out there than any other part of the house and truly loved that feature about this home. The home is comfortable and met our needs. It seems like several areas of the home are in need of some updates. The master bedroom furniture and master bathroom are dated and the master shower is extremely small. I'm petite and found it difficult to shave my legs in the cramped space! We noticed several lights or outlets that didn't work. Not a big deal; just inconvenient. We were grateful for the box fans as the master bedroom ceiling fan wouldn't operate any higher than low and there is no ceiling fan in the guest bedroom. We have been renting homes on the island and predominantly in Sea Pines for over 25 years and just feel like we have come to expect a little nicer finishes for the rate we paid on this trip.

Really great villa and loved the back yard.

Although this was a wonderful condo there were two things worth mentioning. 1. When we got there, every time we turned the water on, the entire villa smelled like sewage. It was terrible for the first 2 days of our stay and almost made us leave. When I called the management svc they said to turn on all water sources for a few minutes to flush it out. If they knew about this, I do think this should have been done before our arrival. Instead, our villa was almost unbearable for 2 whole days and then almost left. (And yes - we did reach out earlier but it was Christmas weekend) 2. Replace the master bed mattress. It’s in terrible shape and caused a weeks worth of rough sleeping and backaches. Again, we loved the condo, it was well equipped and very cozy, but the above definitely impacted our stay. Loved the back porch and looking for alligators in the evening.

We do apologize that you encountered the sulfur issue during your stay and we haven’t encountered that issue before during our management of this property, so the inspector may not have been aware that it might have been an issue for your stay. Regarding the mattress, the owner just replaced the mattress prior to your arrival with a high quality mattress so I’m sorry you didn’t find it to your liking. Cozy Villa

This property was very clean and well stocked with items. The view was amazing from the screened in porch and from inside. Lots of natural light. The mgmt company was very responsive. Location was great - next to Sea Pines Forest Preserve and a short bike ride to shops and dining. You can also bike to Harbortown where the famous lighthouse is located and lots of dining available. The 3 star rating is because the Wi-Fi was down. We had to wait for Spectrum to fix the outage. And one of the bathroom sinks in the the master bath was not draining. The bathrooms need a remodel like the kitchen. Paint peeling off the walls. The shower head in the Master Bath needs updating. Otherwise I recommend the Villa. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Great Property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. Although a bit further from the beach than other places we’ve stayed, it’s an easy drive, bike or shuttle ride to get there. The house itself has a wonderful lagoon behind it where you can see all kinds of wildlife (alligators, birds and lizards to name a few). The screened in back patio is great for relaxing and taking in nature. The house itself had plenty of room for our family of 5, with the couch pulling out to make a nice bed. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Sea Pines

This is truly vacation destination you never have to leave the property. Biking, private beach, restaurants, shopping...they have it all. This property has a beautiful view. We have a problem from the last group with dirty carpeting and the Vacation Company took care of it immediately. They were not able to fix the curtain on patio door that would not close, something wrong with the track. The place needs some ceiling repairs in guest bath and master bedroom and really needs a good paint job right now. Tell the cleaning girls to was the 2 kitchen windows please...hard to see out of them. I would definately recommend this one just needs a little tweeking!!

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The villa was clean. It was not super close to the ocean, but a 15 minute bike ride so doable. My kids really enjoyed the complex pool which we usually had to ourselves. The screened in back porch was a very nice addition, we spent a lot of time out there and even saw alligators on several occasions. Would recommend!

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved staying at 3364 Lake Forest. Our favorite spot was the screened in back porch. We spent many hours out there and all agreed this was our favorite place we have stayed in on our numerous trips to Hilton Head. Everything went very smoothly and The Vacation Company stayed in contact with us via text up to and including through the vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked, so we were able to enjoy meals in the villa as well as at the restaurants. Highly recommend this property. We are keeping it in our notes for future trips to HHI.

Love Lake Forest

Loved the screened porch allowing us to mingle with the wild life in and around the lagoon. The bed was so comfortable that I would love to know more about the mattress. (We need a new one.)The Vacation Company was so kind to give us a gift card for some meals when we found on check in that things weren’t quite as perfect as we had expected. Thanks for a wonderful two weeks in the perfect location for us, and great weather.

Wonderful lakeside villa

This was the best villa we have stayed in in Sea Pines. Location, natural beauty and efficiency of the condo were all factors in our wonderful stay. Interaction with the rental company was superb. Two weeks of our stay, we shared the condo with family/friends and never felt camped or in each other's way. We were here for six weeks and plan to return next year.
