Take a stroll along the beach or a relaxing dip in the pool. This lovely ocean front townhouse is located in Summer Beach Village on Amelia Island, offering a picturesque view of the Atlantic Ocean with wonderful Sunrises. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with combined living room/dining room for a nice open feel. Recently updated living room couch and rugs. Washer and dryer are located in the back of the kitchen.

The ocean view master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king size bed, with a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a Queen bed with your own private bath that has tub/shower combo.  This unit is a 2/2.5 Ocean Front Townhouse with entrance on the 2nd level. Unit does have about 16 stairs to the front entry and about 18 located inside the unit.

Community pool and beach access are just steps away!

The unit had windows that wouldn’t lock, exterior work in progress not disclosed upon rental agreement, wires hanging out of the wall, broken window treatment that was rolled up and placed on top of the curtain rod….safety concerns galore!! Unit is way overpriced for the quality. Would never stay again with Luxury Rentals of Amelia

There is no exterior work going on in the building whatsoever. A piece of stucco came off during the last storm and was being repaired (the other side of the building). No noise, no banging, no hammering... just some stucco work. We never heard from these guests at all until 5 days after they left. There are no wires hanging from any walls and all window treatments are and were working fine when we checked after seeing their review. This unit is in wonderful shape as the owner stays on top of things to ensure it is ready for every guest. We get wonderful reviews and guests return time and time again as they love this place. We are so sorry to see this review. We wish we would have had the chance to rectify any issue this guest needed addressing. We want every single guest to enjoy their stay and have a wonderful vacation.

This was the cleanest rental I have ever walked into! The view was beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable furniture and bedding. The only thing it could use is a hand held can opener and an adjustable tilt umbrella for the porch. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
