Beach Vibes Condo in Luquillo

Welcome to the best neighborhood in Luquillo, and your just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico. Many new improvements, all new furniture, bedding, A/C's, washer & dryer. Beautiful ocean view from the front covered lanai. We offer 2 large bedrooms, master with a king sized bed and large 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and twin trundle beds. Great for family's or just the two of you for a quiet romantic getaway.

Tarraya #4 is conveniently located just 35 minutes from the San Juan airport. When you arrive, you will have most everything you need. We offer free Puerto Rican coffee, tea, ice, snacks, bottled water, most of the necessary toiletries, all new fully stocked kitchen, fluffy new towels, upgraded silky soft bedding, beach chairs, coolers and beach toys for the kids. We want to make your stay as comfortable as your home.

Luquillo has many dining options, grocery store, "Amigo's", Walgreens and a Super Walmart just minutes away in Fajardo. The Kiosko's are just down the road on Highway 3 and offer many dining options, shopping and water sport rentals. There is a public beach with lifeguards, concessions and souvenir shops.

The greatest thing about staying at Tarraya #4 is you have so many options. You can be adventurous or just sit back and relax. Whatever your perfect vacation is, you will have a safe and comfortable stay with us.

Great place, very close to the beach and thoughtful additions not always at rentals. Arriving after a long travel day the kids were happy to find snacks in the kitchen! Beach supplies provided (chairs, towels, sun umbrella and boogie boards)! Close to groceries, restaurants, and coffee shop. Comfortable beds and very spacious for our family of 5.

Great spot

Apartment was easy to find and stocked with everything needed for the beach. This was a huge help since we flew in to Puerto Rico and brought only the necessities with us. Everything worked as advertised, including the A/C. Location was great, easy access to beaches and close to a grocery store, fuel, the Luquillo kioskos, and El Yunque. Would definitely recommend to others.

Fabulous vacation!

My husband and our 2 year old had the best time at Bob and Sue's! Highlights: close to the beach, beach gear: chairs/ toys/ boogie boards, lots of towels, nice pots/ pans, comfortable beds, very clean, to name a few. Sue was very friendly and always responded promptly to all my questions. This was a great place for families, quiet street, friendly neighbors, gated porch. We loved this place and would absolutely stay again!

Great Choice!

Sue was very quick to respond! Property was as described. Easy to find with a quick/easy access in and out of Luquillo. Property had everything we needed except food which we purchased at a nearby store only 4 minutes away! Beach towels. Beach chairs. Sun screen. Sand toys and all. Puerto Rican coffee was great!

Better than expected

We stayed a week at the end of May. Everything we could possibly need was available at the condo besides food, of course. Other host could take lessons from this host, they have everything down to small tubes of tooth paste available for use. We brought or bought most items due to never having experienced this before in the many vrbo places we have rented. I would absolutely stay here again. It was worth every penny. The only thing i would have changed was the sheer curtains in the bedrooms due to privacy concerns.

Should have stayed longer!

Very comfortable, clean, pleasant, well-appointed home. We spent only two nights- next time will plan a one stay here! We had a great time and were able to get good rest, as well as do some much needed laundry during our busy trip around Puerto rico. Home has everything you need, from basic toiletries to beach supplies to morning coffee. Quiet and peaceful nights. Quick walk to playa azul, which, when we were there was unsafe for anything more than wading but was fun to play in the sand and relax. Montserrat beach ($4 paid lot, full amenities public beach) is a 1-mile drive away with calm, clear waters and great swimming, chilling. Very easy drive to El Yunque day trips and kioskos from this property. Highly recommend this wonderful home and location for a rental- wonderful place!

We are originally from the Mid-West and have now started to winter in PR. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Mi casa es tu casa!

Our neighbors, make this the best street to live on, besides the beautiful beach. They are the friendliest and most helpful. If you need anything and were not around, they are always happy to help. This neighborhood is also very safe!!!

What makes this property unique

We are centrally located to all the Island has to offer. Our beautiful beach, Playa Azul, is just steps away. This is a neighborhood beach so never worry about it being over crowded. Just 1 mile away is a public beach with lifeguards, beach chairs and umbrellas for rent, concessions and souvenirs.
