CJ’s is a charming private 2 bedroom ocean front bungalow duplex with private front and back porch to lounge and relax, in addition of a magnificent terrace with views to both beach and mountain.
The property is 25 min from San Juan Airport easily accessible off Rt. 3 to El Yunque Rainforest, ferries to Culebra & Vieques islands and other fun actives. The Kioskos to eat, La Pared to Surf and many water actives. If you enjoy golfing and horseback riding it's 15 min away or just relax across the street at the beach.

Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. We are strict when we say NO parties or loud noises including music and TV. Keep level where neighbors are undisturbed.
Use water hose out front to rinse off self. Shake off towels. Rinse chairs, cooler, umbrella & shoes outside before entering apt. Shut water hose off.

Great location with everything you need. Great folks to work with. Wish living room had more comfortable furniture but more important the bed was comfortable. I would gladly stay there again!!!!!!

What an incredible place - the house was perfect and well put together. Host was awesome, she stopped in to make sure we were settled and if we needed anything. But the best part is that the water is literally across the street. We wish we had booked for longer!! Thank you for sharing this slice of heaven with us!

great location

The owners of this property thought of everything you could possibly need from water bottles in the fridge to manicure supplies in the cabinet. Great location to beach, restaurants, rain forest, San Juan and the airport. Very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Steps from the beach, a great bakery/cafe (Panderri) walk or short drive into Luquillo, 15 mins to El Yunque - just a wonderful location. Great host, spotless and comfortable villa!

Beach Getaway

Nice property. Enjoyed the front and rear patios. Both bathrooms very small but functional. Some kitchen supplies (coffee, sauces, etc) were provided, which was helpful instead of starting with nothing.We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing!

We had the most amazing trip to Puerto Rico and absolutely loved staying here. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was perfect; right on the beach and a short drive to San Juan, Fajardo bio bay, and El Yunque National Forest.

Location was ok. Pictures are better than in person. Neat place, neighborhood was a little concerning as was the air conditioning. Had one unit not working in the main bedroom which eliminated staying there as a possibility.

Thank you for you review. Contrary to what you are claiming we tested the unit with the bedroom door closed waited about 15 mins went back in the room and it was cold. Not sure if your body temp or you just require freezing temperatures but to say the unit didn't work if simply not true.

Beautiful condo right near Luquillo beach

This place was absolutely fantastic for our group! Three outdoor spaces and walking distance to the beach, with incredible views from the balcony. We had an absolute blast. Great location close to Luquillo beach (I think you can technically walk there from the property but it was a hassle to carry all our beach stuff so we drove) and El Yunque. Xiomara was really lovely and the place was spotless and well cared for. Thanks for the great time!

Nice place

The unit is cozy and clean. The location is close to the water but not directly on the sandy part. From some of the photos it appears like it is directly on the beach. The neighborhood does not appear to be the safest but we didn’t encounter any issues while there.

Wonderful!!!!

My daughter and I had a great time at this place. Super close to the beach ( waking a few steps) the house is super clean, I love the white bedding in each room. We didn’t cook but the place had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. The location is perfect so close to everything ( kioskos, Walgreens, El Yunque, beach) I recommend this place, I will definitely come back soon. Thank you

Perfect Luquillo Location

I am very grateful to have had this experience renting this lovely vacation property It was as described and the owner paid attention to detail in every way. Her communication was excellent. The house was found clean and comfortable. The overall vibe of the property was of peace and serenity. I would definitely return.

Perfect location with everything you need

We stayed at this property for 5 days so we could visit El Yunque and northeast and eastern PR. You could not ask for a better location. The beach is right across the street, and the hosts have provided beach chairs, towels and a small cooler. There is a corner bar, a bakery that also serves lunch and dinner, and many other restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe to walk even in the dark. One of the best features of the master bedroom are metal shades (like German rolladen) that close from the outside and block all light. We slept very well between that and the sound of the waves! Can’t recommend this property highly enough.
