Villa Tamarindo is located high on a ridge bordering the VI National park. We have private access to the Caneel Hill Trail which leads to a nearby overlook and on to the North Shore beaches. The villa is only one mile from the shops and restaurants of Cruz Bay yet is tucked away in a private area. The road is paved all the way to your large flat parking area and does not require 4WD. Villa Tamarindo is managed and maintained by the owners and we can assure you everything in the house will be clean and in perfect working condition. We constantly upgrade the house and this year in November replaced the beds, great room furniture, dishwasher and much more. In addition to the main house we have a garden apartment with a queen bed spacious bathroom full kitchen with bar seating area. The apartment has a living room breakfast nook and patio seating area. The apartment is available as an additional room or on its own with separate parking and entrance

The villa has two master bedrooms with king size beds making it perfect for two couples or a family with the twin option in one room. The stunning views from every room and the secluded garden pool deck give you a reason to return home early from the beach every day. The ridge top location is almost always breezy and bug free. Individually controlled air conditioning in the bedrooms give you comfort year round.

The villa has a central great room and kitchen with the master suites off to each side. Walk through closets lead into the baths with their stone and tile showers. The terrace deck runs the length of the home with private entries from each room. This deck has a covered dining area with fans off the great room and plenty of room off each side for sunning on the lounge chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and corian counters. All appliances are state of the art and you will find every whisk, spatula, and knife you need including service for 12, plenty of glasses and cloth napkins. Villa Tamarindo is truly a 5 star facility.

Our great room has Wireless Internet, Satellite TV DVD CD with speakers for the pool deck. The house also has a full laundry.

The antique bricked pool deck has hardwood furniture round a teak ships hatch style table under a thatched palapa for al fresco dining. A large Weber grill will assure the biggest BBQs go off with out a hitch. Or relax in the sun or under the umbrella on the lounge chairs.

Villa Tamarindo comes with all the amenities you will need for your vacation including beach chairs, towels, coolers, and pool floats. Don’t even worry about bringing shampoo, soaps, hairdryers or an iron. There is also a bocce court on the grounds for some afternoon competition between guests.

Perhaps our biggest draw is the proximity of the National Park. Our own spur trail leads 20 yards to the Caneel Hill Trail and the Caneel gut trail. A five minute walk leads you up to the observation platform on Caneel hill and a 360 degree panorama. Another twenty minutes and you are on Soloman or Honeymoon beaches reachable only by boat or trail. Or stroll down the gut trail amidst trees almost as old and impressive as our own giant tamarind tree.
