Great stay!

We loved our stay here. We came and stayed a few years ago at prominence as well and loved it. Great location between seaside and rosemary. Very clean and accommodating. Enjoyed the free bikes and golf as well.

Amazing!!

Panhandle made this whole process so easy!! The condo was spotless and beautiful. This is the perfect place to stay with kids or just adults!! Super pet friendly too!!! Not a negative thing to say!!

Great house

We have never stayed in Watersound but we really enjoyed it. Only complaint is accessibility with golf cart parking in Rosemary and Alys.. would definitely be back!

Nice place

Condo and accommodations were great and proximity to The Big Chill (formerly The Hub) for food and entertainment was great. Downside, had to travel 2-3 miles for beach access due to State Park being closed. Also there was only one parking space available for our unit, and no other designated spaces onsite.

Amazing house!

The house was bit dirty when we got there. I then talked to the property management, and they sent housekeeping within an 1 hour. The house was amazing, location was beautiful. Pool was nice and clean! It was right across the hub which was very convenient.

Perfect dog friendly condo on 30A

It's not easy to find a nice condo, on 30A, that allows dogs, for a reasonable price. This condo was all of those things. The neighborhood is perfect.. nice pool.. lots of food options across the street.. just a few minutes bike ride to the beach. The furnishing were just right.. loved the shower. 100% would I recommend to others. Thank you!

Pretty accurate to the listing. The only con is that the door doesn’t have a child profe lock at the doors. Kids can easily open door and get out.

Summertime get away

The place is just as pictured in the photos. Amenities were spot on. We had everything we needed to cook each night we were there. The beach chairs and dolly came in handy. The bikes were a fun way to get around and explore the area. The only thing that was slightly difficult was finding the beach accesses available to us. Many were private. However, once we found the Great Lake access and found parking a little up the street it was awesome. It is the closest to the VRBO and is 1.2 miles away. The water was crystal clear and so calm. Overall, it was a great way to relax and unwind.

Looks nice, but...

Beautiful property and neighborhood; however, there's definitely room for improvement. It took at least 3 cycles to dry a load of clothes, you had to lean into the freezer door anytime you wanted ice or else it would explode open, the faucet handle in the master bathroom sink is broken and falls off when you use it, the maid did not clean very well as there was sand and wrappers on the floor and a knife was placed back in the knife holder dirty… I also was under the impression we could walk to the beach which was not the case, you must take a shuttle or drive your car to park for beach access. Also, there is some silly rule that you can't have drinks in the pool which is pretty ridiculous and only enforced when the pool bouncers are around. It was a nice space but I think I'll stay closer to the beach next time.

Unfortunately, our stay was not what we’ve come to expect from our previous visits to Santa Rosa Beach.First, this property is currently listed for sale, which may explain some of the maintenance issues. The ice maker requires you to put significant weight on the freezer door to get ice, and I noticed reviews from previous years mentioning the same problem. We stayed for seven nights and requested a replacement iron on day two because the one provided was rusty, but that request was never fulfilled.Additionally, the light outside the front door was not working, and neither were the light and exhaust fan above the stove.Be sure to read the fine print regarding the “Free Golf” amenity. It applies to only one guest, and tee times are extremely limited. Fortunately, my husband was able to secure a noon tee time on one day of our stay.Lastly, we were without Wi-Fi for the last couple of days of our trip. Panhandle informed us that this is a common issue on the north side of the Prominence condos.Based on this experience, we will be choosing a different unit for future stays, preferably one that is not managed by Panhandle.

May 2022 Vacation

Amazing Condo! Very beautiful and extremely clean, the pictures are incredibly accurate. The pool in this neighborhood was also very beautiful and quite large! (It is not heated) We have nothing but good things to say about the condo, pool, and service. They were gracious enough to let us check in very early at the very last minute as our flight came in quite early in the day. My only warning to those looking to stay in this area is that if you do not have a car the bike rides to nearby towns with more restaurants seem long in the Florida heat☀️ And Uber/Lift is not always easy to come by. We would definitely come back in the future!

Extremely comfortable and conveniently located

I came down for a wedding and was very happy with the location. It was convenient to everywhere I needed and wanted to go. They condo was perfect. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were nicely updated. 3 very minor things - it’s probably is time for a paint touch up, it would have been great if the condo came with a golf cart and a couple beach towels. It was a little difficult getting a ride to the airport but the ladies in the office were awesome - very accommodating and knowledgeable- they gave me Randy’s phone number who was great and gave us a ride. Be sure to schedule your pick up ahead of time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to clients and friends.

The rental Layout was great. The location on 30A is excellent. We rented a golf cart and bikes which were very useful. And we walked over to the Hub several times which was excellent

Beautiful home and great local!!

Great location and beautiful home! Great pool as long as you could deal with the Covid restrictions. Parking was bad and, Unfortunately, it wasn’t as clean as we had hoped but we were able to clean up and squeeze the car in the garage.

Great location on 30a.

Very clean and up-to-date. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful town house- loved the decor and layout!

We were allowed to check in with a one time code b/c housekeeping had our unit ready. That was very nice arriving early with a toddler. The entire home was clean, organized and very well-stocked. Beds super comfortable. Truly, only a few negatives. Garage doors opening and closing with adjacent townhouses were extremely loud and occurred frequently. Maybe spend a little more for quiet motor systems to be installed. Also, it was quite a ways for beach access which we did not expect with a little one with us. Beach toys and extras for beach fun was an unexpected bonus from the owners in the garage.
