Pinnacle Port C2-204 - BRAND NEW RENO Completed June 2021! 3 Bed 3 Bath Condo

When we saw the view from the balcony, we were sold on this unit! This is a family owned unit that we purchased in October 2018. We have owned property at Pinnacle Port since 1980 and feel that there is no better place to stay at the beach. As the family has grown we decided to start looking for a 3 bedroom unit and it was love at first sight on C2-204. Ultimately, it needed a lot of work and so we decided to do a top to bottom renovation. Everything in this unit is new. New flooring, new cabinets, new toilets, new showers, new tub, new appliances, and new furniture. You will not be disappointed! When you walk in the door, your eyes are drawn down the shiplap lined hallway to the wall of sliding glass doors that looks over the gulf. The balcony is the star of the unit. With tables and chairs, it is set up perfectly to gaze at the gulf over a cup of coffee in the morning, or to sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening! While completing the finishing touches on the renovation, we saw dolphins every day! The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed. It has built in cabinets to store all of your items. The cabinet houses a brand new 43" UHD TV. The ensuite bathroom is complete with double sinks and a seated vanity area. The glass enclosed, tile shower is amazing! The front bedroom also has a King bed. It has two closets and a wall mounted 43" UHD TV. The front bedroom has easy access to the hall bathroom that is complete with tile full tub-shower combo. The middle bedroom is the perfect room for kids! Complete with bunk beds and a queen bed, this room sleeps four. A built in cabinet houses another 43" UHD TV. There is also a closet to hold hang up clothes. The attached bathroom has a tile shower with sliding glass door as well. The living room has a recliner, loveseat, and sleeper sofa. Should you tire of the view out the three sliding glass doors, a 50 inch HD television ensures that you won't miss your favorite shows or the big game while on vacation. WiFi is available throughout the unit with 2 access points to ensure connectivity. The table in the open concept living area seats six. The kitchen is completely updated with new cabinets, granite countertops and brand new stainless appliances. This truly is a one of a kind unit that will give your family a vacation full of memories to last a lifetime!

This condo has the perfect layout and perfect location! The condo is very close to the water and walkway. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The huge balcony was amazing! Jackie was amazing to communicate with as well! She was very easy to get ahold of and quickly handled anything. I would highly recommend this property!

Awesome place to stay

Pinnacle Port is a great place to stay in Florida. The condo was awesome with gorgeous views and very close to beach access. Host was very responsive and nice to deal with. We had no issues with the condo just needed to ask about a couple of things. Would definatly stay here again.

Perfect Beach Condo

This condo unit is as close to the actual beach as you can get! The entrance to the condo is right next to the stairs (2nd floor) and the bottom of the stairs is right next to the beach path. Best the FL Panhandle has to offer! The interior of the condo is gorgeous and and the kitchen has everything you need. We are planning to stay at this condo again!

Beautiful condo with beautiful views and updates.

We’ve stayed at several Pinnacle Port Condos the last 20 years but I think we’ve found the one we love. It’s well maintained and beautifully updated. We love its location on second floor right near stairs/elevator makes getting to your car or the beach a 1-2 min walk. We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 2 kids…plenty of room for all. We will be back to this unit!

Family vacation

We have been going to these condos for over 30 years. It was our first time with the whole family and staying in this condo. Plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed the beach mostly. Its my favorite place on the beach. Love the walks from condo to the bay. Its decorated cute . We had a great time. Thanks for sharing your place!

Taste Of Heaven

The decor was beautiful. My husband to be and I are buying a home in Florida so we got some great ideas from the decor of this Condo. The views were amazing and the Condo was very clean. The community is gated which made us feel safe for morning walks. We had easy access to the beach and the pool. The Condo had several pots and pans, dishes and silverware for our convenience. The owner answered all our questions in prompt fashion. This is a 5 out of 5 Condo and I would stay here again.

This newly remodeled condo was absolutely perfect! I loved the upscale beachy theme and the gorgeous kitchen with beautiful cabinets, granite countertops, and the nicest stainless steel appliances. All of the beds were so comfortable and my family loved that two rooms had king beds. The room with bunk beds and a queen bed was perfect for my husband and I and our kids…Plenty of space and lots of storage. It is a corner unit so it has a wrap around porch with the most gorgeous views! We have been coming to Pinnacle Port for 12 years and this is our favorite condo yet! Already making plans for the next trip! Jackie was an excellent host and very helpful throughout the whole booking process! I highly recommend this condo!

Great location out of the hustle and bustle but close enough that it is just a few minute drive away

Would highly recommend. In between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach so you can enjoy either by taking a short drive.

Vacation we needed

Ease of making online reservations was nice. Property was described exactly as mentioned. Owner communicated instructions well. Property was safe and secure. No worries about letting older teen move about the complex. Access to the beach was nice. Enjoyed the beach view from the balcony all times of the day and night! A suggestion would be to add a guest book for those that visit to tell about activities they participated in around Panama City and favorite restaurants they tried. Another would be how to access the smart TV for those that may be technically challenged.

Had a wonderful vacation with family! Beautiful Gulf view from family room and two of the three bedrooms. Unit was beautifully decorated & view from wrap-around balcony was fantastic. Being on second floor provided easy access from rooms to beach/pools. Hope to return next year.

Everything was "Beachy" and exceeded our expectations

The condo is exquisite. It's decorated beautifully and absolutely nothing is lacking. The kitchen is a cooks dream. The appliances, bedding, linens are all new and top of the line. The beach was not crowded like many nearby and was only a step away. The view from the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The Owner communicated well and we would definitely rent from her again. We have friends that are going next month based on our recommendation. Thanks for saving our vacation with your last minute availability.

Perfect Vacation

The condo was right on the beach with beautiful views and quick beach access! It is decorated so cute and super clean! The neighborhood is adorable and perfect for families... especially those who prefer to stay away from the over crowded areas. We felt so safe with the gated access! I would highly recommend Carillon Beach and will definitely be back!

This unit has such an incredible view. Sitting on the balcony is literally like sitting directly on the beach. When we saw the view we knew that this was a special place.
