This home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths. The master bedroom has a TV, king-sized bed, shower, tub, and large closet. The 2 remaining rooms are furnished with queen beds. It comfortably sleeps 6 people. The home was built in August 2017 in a brand new sub-divison. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Living room includes seating for up to 8, a TV, and fireplace. Bonus room upstairs with reclining couch that seats 5 people and a TV. All TVs have Apple TV and can be logged into your personal Hulu/Netflix/etc. accounts. WiFi included. The kitchen/dining room seats up to 10 with additional bar seating. It is fully equipped with everything you would need, including built in icemaker, large fridge, blender, Keurig, and most household items. Washer/drier and iron included. Situated one mile from I-15 freeway and Walmart, close to Cowabunga Bay Waterpark, Rio Tinto Stadium (home of the REAL Salt Lake soccer team), 20 minutes from SLC International Airport, downtown SLC and 30 minutes from the ski resorts.
