Watch the boats pass quietly by at idle speed from your porch directly overlooking the Boca Grande Bayou if you rent this 3 bedroom, 4 full bathroom elevated boat house. Main living area is accessible only by 24 step staircase.

Completely renovated in November 2017, this stylishly furnished and exceptionally well equipped home is now available for weekly, monthly or seasonal rentals. Three night minimum off season rental also considered. One well behaved dog is permitted. No other animals. The beautifully furnished living room offers a brand new, 55 inch Sony Bravia flat screen television. Secure high speed internet and Xfinity cable will keep you connected to the outside world or you can go "off grid" and enjoy the solitude.

The boat house’s private dock on the Bayou can accommodate your 22 foot boat.

This boat house is located on a quiet, secluded street in the Boca Grande Historic District one block east of the Boca Grande bike path and only a few blocks east of the Boca Grande beaches. You can walk, bike or golf cart into town on the bike path.

Kitchen is designed and well equipped for the enthusiastic cook. Beautiful and functional fully equipped gourmet kitchen, new in 2017, with stainless steel appliances including gas stove, 3 door refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, elegant neutral Caesarstone countertops, white all wood cabinets and Calphalon cookware will make vacation cooking quick and easy. Rectangular indoor dining table seats six. Outdoor round dining set on upper porch seats four or more guests. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer and brand new Oreck vacuum cleaner makes quick clean-ups easy. Professional cleaning service is available on a weekly basis at additional cost. Tenants for longer than two week rentals are required to use this bi-weekly cleaning service. That’s how we keep this house sparkling clean for our guests.

The two upper level spacious bedrooms each offer a king sized bed and its own en suite private full bathroom (one new in 2017) well stocked with white hotel quality towels and new linens, blankets, and pillows and beach towels. House sleeps six in beds. Your visitors can access the third full upstairs bathroom directly from the living room.

The lower level bedroom has two extra long twin beds and its own full bathroom as well as a private screened porch at dock level.

The upper level screened porch is fully furnished with white, Lloyd Flanders, all weather wicker cushioned sofa, four cushioned arm chairs, one cushioned ottoman and a matching outdoor, glass topped round dining set directly overlooking the Boca Grande Bayou.

Covered parking is provided for two cars and driveway parking for an additional two cars or for your rented golf carts and rented bicycles. The Boathouse comes with Class D parking permits which allow you to park your car or golf cart in all permit restricted areas on the island for an unlimited amount of time.
