Step outside onto the open deck, complete with a picnic table and outdoor seating, and take in endless ocean views. A private walkway leads directly to the beach, making your days in the sand and surf effortless.

Inside, you’ll enjoy: Central air & heat, Dishwasher, washer & dryer, 3 cable TVs & wireless internet, Gas grill for cookouts with a view, And best of all—One well-behaved dog is welcome.

Great location, amazing views. Nice layout. Could be an amazing if more attention cleaning.

We loved this place and may rent again. Our complaints are minor but also eaisly fixable. First, we wrote to ask if there were beach chairs and boogie boards and got the response they didn't. Then we got there and there was a storage unit filled with beach stuff! Seems like the managing co could have found that out, or asked the owner when we inquired. Other complaint is the place was not cleaned as well as it could have been - the corners of the rooms/bathrooms were not clean. The place is a little worse for wear but a little more care in the cleaning would have gone a long way. We loved the place though overall- the location, views and layout of the house were awesome. Its not fancy, a little older kitchen/bathrooms etc, but with a little more care with the cleaning and attentive managment this place would be our go to every year.

Great views and space.

Great location. The views were amazing. The space worked well for 8 people. It definitely could use some TLC but everything worked well enough for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Affordable oceanfront living.

We loved our week at Footprints! The check-in was easy and the property was very clean. The view from the deck is fantastic and we enjoyed the many dolphin sightings. The space was comfortable for a family of 5 - not spacious - but enough room for everyone to have their own space when they were not out on the beach. The kitchen had nice big cabinets and granite countertops. Overall it is not the most updated place I have rented, but was a great landing spot for visiting with family in the area for the week. If I were to rent again I would bring my travel knife set (theirs were dull and limited) and pillows. It was also annoying that maintenance issues mentioned in the visitor log book back in November were still issues in April. Half the sink still leaks and screen doors are still in disrepair. Nothing that caused a problem, but not great to see that issues had been reported and were still a problem.

Extraordinary Ocean Views

Amazing ocean views from the deck, bedroom balconies and living/dining area. It's more beautiful than the photos because the beach is directly outside your door. The furnishings could use some updates but this is a small matter compared to the great location, lovely deck and ample space indoors.

Nice Place, Great Ocean Front Location

I stayed here with my family and our small dog in late December 2020. We were very pleased with the property. Large windows facing the beach give terrific views of the ocean from the inside, and plenty of deck and balcony provide the same outside. Although the property was duplex-like, there were no shared walls and we felt most of the time as if we had no neighbors next door due to the construction and layout. We found the kitchen had all the cookware and dishes a good cook would want. No need to bring anything from home, like we did. Comments in the guest book indicated the rental has a hard time staying/getting cool in the summer, but this was not a consideration for our December visit. The only negative observation I have about the property is that all the toilets look like they belong in a preschool; they were so small.

Great Location, Views, and Property

Great Property. We will be back. Having lived a few years on EI I know how hard the ocean is on properties, storms, salt air, etc. You can tell the owner continues to maintain and update the property, from new paint to replacing decking, and flooring. The views are stunning with the house situated at a diagonal to allow for ocean views from two sides. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the house is big enough to give the space needed, but not so big it doesn't feel cozy. Great property! We will be back!
