Wonderful Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Laguna's Little Cottage. There was plenty of room for five adults. The location can't be beat. Right across the street from the beach! And ocean views from the porch and second floor balcony. Great grocery store within a very short walk. We'd definitely stay again!

A MOST relaxing stay in a great home!

Spring break this year could not have been better! Location was fantastic, close to Thomas’ and Carousel (grocery store) and access to the beach was easy. The home is a time capsule in layout and design but we’ve not stayed in a more homey place. The front porch is by far the best feature. We spent nearly every night out there. You will love it here!Only issue we had was with a/c upstairs and mgmt was quick to respond. I don’t know that it was ever resolved completely b/c it cooled down in the evening and we didn’t need it. But mgmt was quick to respond and made every effort to resolve it. I’m confident Blue Swell would take care of it. We just never had to deal with it again. You’ll need your own spices if you plan on cooking, those are not provided. We cooked breakfast and just needed salt and pepper for eggs.Book this home, you’ll love it! We hope to be back next year!

Amazing Beach Property

LOVED this property so much for a girls trip. Great access to the beach. Quiet area, but so close to Panama City for more restaurants and shopping. The house itself was just perfect! We couldn't get over the great use of space and the character of the home. We would LOVE to come back!!

We spent a lot of time on the huge front porch. Each morning we walked to Thomas’ for breakfast. The cottage was adorable inside with plenty of room for our family. Our teenage daughter loved the loft bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and entire house was very clean. We look forward to returning sometime in the future!

Beach Time

We were 4 senior ladies on a short trip to the beach. Our house rental was perfect and felt like home. We hope to do it again in the future and we do hope to stay at this wonderful gem.

4th Annual Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th coast to our favorite little cottage. It’s just perfect for us. We love the location, it has everything we need. We look forward to our next visit. We don’t leave much. We do lots of porch sitting and beach time! Our only complaint this year (or ever) was an unannounced crew showed up to take measurements and a tree cutting crew showed up on Thursday for about 2 hours and then again at 6am Saturday. We lost our last morning coffee time on the porch, and loaded cars amongst chainsaws and sawdust was all in our vehicles and us! I know there’s no good time but this was a ****** way to end our vacation

Everything about this property and property manager was excellent. The home was spotless. Check-in was extremely convenient. The property managers were available and communicative. The house was perfect for our family… so much so that we booked our next week already!

A great location and experience

Overall we were very happy with the location and home itself. It was perfect for what we needed! I do have two minor complaints. This company requires you to fill out additional forms and upload DL and CC info for their rental agreement. I didn't particulaly like that as the reason I go through VRBO is the simplicity of booking. The other things was minor (and disclosed ahead of time) there was literally no supplies for cooking. Little things like salt and pepper was not supplied. This wouldn't be an issue if you were staying for a week or longer however a few days meant stocking on "extras" that seem like it should be supplied. Other than that, very happy with the stay and will likely return again!

Cozy house, great location!

This was our second stay. We love the lay out of the house, the cozy feel, and the loft master suite upstairs. The front porch is amazing for relaxing any time of day. Quick walk to Thomas Donuts or The Carousel Grocery. Love this neighborhood, and the house is beautiful, was clean, spacious enough for a small family.

Fantastic stay!!

We had such a great time! Loved that house is a historic cottage! Disappointed that balcony is as locked off due to safety issues because we really wanted the view! The upstairs ac unit was not working considering it was an August stay and the only way to keep upstairs cool was to keep the downstairs FREEZING! The living room furniture had a bad smell of either urine or vomit, could use replacing or professional cleaning but again, the house as a whole was wonderful and charming and in a great location!!

The air conditioning was out upstairs but there was a note saying they were waiting on a part to fix it unfortunately that didn’t take place while there but we made it. And would definitely stay here again. 👍

We love this cottage!
