Walk to/from the Big House, Crisler, downtown restaurants and shops, and campus bars! Graduation 2026 weekend includes full front & back yard, both driveways, no other tailgates/parties on property.

Amazing home and game day experience

We absolutely loved staying at Big Blue for a game day. We had a large group and everyone was very comfortable, home was extremely clean and the owners were great hosts. I’d definitely come back for a future game!

Celebration of life

It was the perfect place to have our family together and celebrate my son. The living area had lots of room to gather and the long dining room table was a great place for us to play cards. Karen our host was amazing!

Perfect Family Reunion

Everyone in our group had a comfortable accommodation all under one roof. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch and patio--nice summer weather. The kitchen was well-appointed and the house rules are easy to follow.

Amazing location.

Great location. Fabulous weekend in Ann Arbor. The tailgate area in the back was a surprise but ended up working out fantastic as it was attached to the kitchen family room. House held all our peeps and was so fun to all be together. Kitchen was well equipped and large enough to host. Communication and access to additional items for the tailgater were super helpful and easy. Highly recommend for a football weekend.

Great for Family Reunion!

This was the perfect house for our large family! Everything in the house was clean, the bedrooms were all comfortable, and the common area - living/dining - was so large that even when we were all in the room it didn't feel crowded. The industrial oven made cooking for our crowd a breeze (as did having 2 refrigerators). Karen was a joy to work with, both before and after booking. She was very responsive and when we had a problem that was outside of her control, she still jumped through hoops to resolve it for us. If our family finds ourselves in Ann Arbor again, I would absolutely repeat our stay!

Big House Reunion

We had a great stay at this property reconnecting with old college friends. The location to the Stadium is fantastic. Only a stones throw away. The house is very well appointed. Great industrial sized kitchen with two fridges and two freezers. Lots of prep and serving space. Huge, comfortable sitting area with a large TV for pre-game and post-game. All 9 bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms have plenty of towels and amenities. Karen was awesome to work with. Very responsive, flexible, and great to chat with. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Stay

The location can't be beat if you're visiting for sporting events. It is across the street from the football stadium and few blocks away from Crisler and Cliff Keen. The house was perfect for our large group; there are 9 very nice bedrooms, some with large king beds on two floors. Laundry and storage in the basement. The kitchen was huge; two refrigerators. The dining room table is just off the kitchen (with some bar chairs) and near the TV to make for a great gathering place. Karen was incredibly responsive; she had set out a number of snacks. If you're a Michigan fan with a big group, I can't imagine there being a better place in AA to stay.

Perfect Gameday Weekend Rental

A group of our 18 college friends have an annual trip to Ann Arbor for a football weekend. We have stayed at multiple different rentals in AA over the years. Karen's was by far our favorite. There was more than enough room for our group. The living room/dining room/kitchen area provided a great space for us all to hang out and spend time together. The rooms were plenty spacious. Beds were super comfortable!! Karen's communication with our group really made our stay more comfortable and easy. We had a couple of questions for her during our stay and she was always prompt in responding and assisting! We will be back. Thank you Karen!!

Great Party Place

This is currently the best option for a big group in Ann Arbor. The location can’t be beat and had ample parking. There were plenty of bedrooms and space. The separate kitchen area was very useful. Our host also left k cups and snacks out, which was a nice touch. There could have been more bathrooms of course but we didn’t have any issues. The only minor things to note is the kitchen is pretty well-equipped but missing some measuring cup sizes and a grater/zester. There were also quite a few condiments left over and one was moldy. This probably won’t be an issue for most groups.

Above average in every way!

Big Blue was a perfect family gathering place and it accommodated all with 9 private bedrooms...very hard to find. No one slept on the couch! It was a relaxed atmosphere, but the care and cleanliness given to the house was exceptional. It's always great when expectations are exceeded. One major problem..... We are Buckeyes!!! We raised our flag inside! (Word of advice. Don't overpack....the house has everything you need)!

50th Birthday-Go Blue!

This place is the perfect spot for gathering with your friends and family in Ann Arbor. We had 18 guests and everyone had there own bedroom and we never felt crowded at all. The house is amazing and the kitchen was perfect for both a caterer and us to feed a crowd. Karen was quick to respond to all my questions. This was a surprise trip for my husbands 50th birthday and he and all our guests said it was the most memorable weekend ever. We all walked down for the football game and enjoyed having no traffic headaches and tailgating equipment to set up and take down. Close to downtown too so it’s quick to get to all the great spots there. Amazing house with a great location that makes for one fabulous stay in Ann Arbor!

Amazing Umich Football Weekend

We had a blast staying steps away from the big house. House is perfect for a big group for a game weekend. Karen was great to communicate with and very helpful with setting everything up on game-day. Very fun spot to tailgate and overall super convenient

Great space for a group

We rented the house for a summer 30th reunion and the house was perfect for our group. We loved the space to spread out and the location near the stadium. The cooks in our group loved the large kitchen and we had some amazing group dinners. Karen was very responsive to questions and concerns. Everything was great. Looking forward to staying again!!

Very well located for UM Big House. We used for 2022 graduation and it was perfectly situated for group celebration and couldn't be easier to walk across the street for the ceremony. The home is kept up extremely well and the host is exceptionally helpful.

Perfect Spot for Football Game

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Our group was made up of 15 guys, and the house provided plenty of room for us all. The location was the perfect spot for a football game. The owners were very helpful and responsive.

Best location in Ann Arbor

My family rented this property for U Mich graduation weekend. The house was absolutely fantastic. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The 9 bedrooms had lovely bedding and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The family room is spacious with a large television and amazing seating. The porch and the patio are awesome , it made gathering after graduation so easy and the big house right across the street is priceless. Karen could not have been friendlier and went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Ann Arbor was perfect!
