Luxury awaits you in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to all area restaurants, coffee shops and watering holes. Just 2 blocks to the heart of downtown and 3 blocks from Lake Erie. Walk to parks, Put-In-Bay and Kelly's Island Ferry, Outdoor Splash Pad, 3 playgrounds and much more!

You won't find a property like this anywhere in Sandusky! Read the reviews, guests say the pictures don't do this home justice. This is a 9,000 sq ft. single-family mansion with 14 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, chef's kitchen, a theater room with 20 individual leather theater chairs, game room (pool table, Xbox one, and stocked game cabinet).

FiveBedrooms (4 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom)
2 Full Baths and 1 half bath.

Chef's Kitchen:

Kitchen has granite countertops, and a commercial stove with 6 burners, and a griddle. There is also a commercial double oven for any baking needs you may have and an Extra Large refrigerator/freezer. Enjoy your cooking while your family and friends enjoy seating at the extra long island. The icing on the cake is there is not one, but two dishwashers to help with your clean-up and get you back to relaxing and having fun.

(There is NO ELEVATOR).

Second Floor:
9 bedrooms: 5 King bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, 3 bunk rooms. (Total single XLs in the three bunkrooms = 11)

2 Livings rooms

1 game room with pool table, pinball machine, poker table, and candy counter

3 full bathrooms.

All bedrooms have automatic blackout blinds so you can sleep in late or rise early with the sun.

Early Arrivals/Late Check-outs:
We charge $75 per hour for early arrivals and late check-outs. We are happy to accommodate your arrival and departure times when we are able to do so. Please let us know if you'd like to arrive earlier than 4 pm EST or depart later than 10am EST.

Gatherings larger than 50 people:
We've had many weddings and other celebrations held at our property. There is an additional charge of $750 to host gatherings larger than 50 people. That fee includes the use of 80 white folding wedding chairs, six (9 ft) rectangular dining tables, (3) cocktail tables, (8) 60" round tables and table coverings for all tables. You can also use the candelabras to set the stage for elegance. Please inquire for more information.

Words will never be able to convey how absolutely gorgeous this place is! We walked in and our jaws dropped! Not only was it absolutely stunning, but it was pristine and clean. This place well surpassed our expectations. It was fully stocked and comfortably accommodated our group of 26 ladies. The owner is absolutely precious and she made herself well available for any of our needs.

We could not have asked for a more amazing place to stay for my cousin’s 60th birthday! Our family enjoyed every second in this spacious location… that had ALL the amenities and so many fun and interesting “finds” throughout the home. The history of the area and location were especially charming. This was a 10 out of 10 stay! PS… the kitchen was so big we were able to have a “cook-off”… :)

This property was amazing!!! The amenities were fantastic - truly anything you can imagine needing was provided. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space for my group. The kitchen was gorgeous and the living room was a great hangout space. The movie room was also amazing and the candy bar and popcorn machine were a great touch!! We loved our weekend stay!

This home is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not show how fabulous it really is. Every room is decorated to perfection. It is very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is a dream and the pantry is full of all types of appliances. Just about anything you would evet need. The beds are comfortable and the showers are amazing. We will definitely return. Mary was a wonderful host. She's great!

The place was Huge and large enough for 23 adults plus 9 children. It was a 4 day, 3 generation reunion. The location provided lots of options for excursions. The house had a huge home theater that was perfect for a presentation we did. To top it off, the kitchen was huge and extremely well-stocked with staples, condiments, dishes and pots and pans and industrial appliances. The place was clean and the house rules were short and sweet. I couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our reunion.

All inclusive resort like home for your family

This is the most amazing property that has every amenity you could ever imagine. Truly made cooking preparation simple with all of the resources that were provided. The openness of the floor plan truly gave space for all to gather and have their own privacy. This house is the perfect gathering place for family and friends. I would definitely book again.

This house was an amazing location for our family reunion. There was plenty of room for socializing, including big rooms for time together and bedrooms for everyone to sleep well without a lot of noise from room to room. The kitchen was spectacular and made the cousin who loves to cook for a crowd very happy! I wish it had been cooler so that we could have enjoyed the patio outside more of the time than we did. We are choosing our next reunion time and may well come back here!

Magnificent transformation of a business property into a spectacular event/Vrbo vacation home. Everything imaginable in creative, industrial, practical and reimagined space that our 4 families thoroughly enjoyed. Professional cook’s kitchen with every chef’s need. Big hit was the movie studio and game room. We didn’t have time to make use of the patio space. Walked to ice cream, take out and splash pad/playground. Easy fun getaway.

Amazing property

This house was such a great spot for our family reunion! 26 of us under one roof. Great location, plenty to eat, drink and do within walking distance. Kids absolutely loved the theater room. Also great to be able to have meals all together.

Sandusky Mansion

This stay was for a family(14 of us) to get together to celebrate my daughter's fiftieth birthday This home was exceptional: the kitchen was immense with every utensil and appliance you would need to cook any meal, the theater room was a big hit with plenty of variety of games and videos with overstuffed chairs, the game room was large with numerous games and even a candy bar, the bedrooms (14) were all nicely decorated and comfortable, the long dining table was great for meals and playing games, and finally the outdoor patio was great for eating outside and enjoying the fire pit. Also, the house was conveniently located close to a winery, escape rooms, beach (Huron) and of course Cedar Point.
