If you are looking for some beach life, you will certainly be "Livinit" at the Livinit beach house! "Livinit" is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath vacation home that sits directly on the beach and overlooks the white sand and crystal blue waters of Gulf Shores.

The first floor features a large kitchen well-equipped for cooking, a dining area perfect for entertaining, a large luxurious living room, a half bath, and a master bedroom. This bedroom boasts a gorgeous gulf view, a king bed, and a private bathroom. Finally, on the first floor is a large covered balcony with a stunning view of the Gulf Coast.

On the second floor, guests will enjoy 3 more comfortable bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms have a gulf view, king beds, and private bathrooms. The third bedroom has another king bed, a twin over twin built-in bunk bed, and a private bathroom. Also on this floor is a utility room with a washer and dryer. Another balcony overlooks the white sand and blue water, perfect for guests to enjoy watching the sunset and spending time together! The third floor features ample sleeping space with 2 queen over queen built-in bunk beds and a private bathroom. This bedroom has a stunning gulf view from the top floor!

On the ground level of "Livinit," guests will enjoy many amenities. These include a seasonally heated (with fee) private pool, an aluminum charcoal grill, an outdoor wash-off area, and ample parking for 6 vehicles. Directly on the white sand of Gulf Shores, guests can take a walk on the beach or dip their toes in the water right from the house anytime! Whether your days be filled with sun tanning, sandcastle making, pool swimming, seashell hunting, or gulf adventures, "Livinit" offers access to it all! Every member of your group will love this vacation filled with fun and relaxation on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast!

Perfect for our large group! The location of the house was close enough to the main area of Gulf Shores but far enough away where the beach wasn’t crowded. The house was perfect with 2 large balconies and every family/room had its own bathroom. The house was clean when we arrived and stocked with everything they described. The kids loved the small pool and the adults loved it being tucked away from the sun so we could take breaks from the beach. Was able to check in early and everything was so easy, no hassles in any part of the booking or stay there. Would definitely stay again!

The house was great, close to beach and layout was perfect for us. Only problem was the AC did not work on the first floor the first two days then additional electrical problems occurred. Maintenance and management were very quick to assess and fix the problem so we could enjoy the remainder of our stay.

Our extended family had a wonderful trip! We loved being steps away from the beach. The house was big enough to give everyone privacy, but still had a nice living area with lots of seating when we were all together. We enjoyed our stay quite much! This house exceeded our expectations! Very very clean and up to date and especially loved the private balconies for each set of rooms.Each bedroom had its own bathroom so that was a plus.The one n only negative is the beach area is not super large but it wouldn’t keep us from staying here again.Also the pool isn’t very big but thts ok we like to enjoy the beach!Would be nice if pool was heated in the evening.Will definitely stay here again!!!Thanks!!!
