About Sunrise

Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Sunrise stands tall and offers beautiful beachfront views of the white-sand beaches from sunrise to sunset! Guests can enjoy these views from inside the home, on 1 of the 2 balconies, or sitting directly in the sand.

Sunrise features an open floor plan with plenty of room to entertain. On the first floor of the home, guests will find a spacious living area with comfortable seating perfect for enjoying a movie with the family. The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of prep space for meals and a second refrigerator is located in the attached laundry room complete with a laundry sink. The dining area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is equipped to seat 10. The living area has 2 sets of French doors that lead to one of the balconies which features ample amounts of seating so guests can relax and soak it all in!

The Master suite is located on the first floor. The spacious master features a king bed, lots of built-ins, TV, Gulf views, balcony access, and a private luxury bathroom. The master bath has a double vanity, separate make-up vanity, water closet, jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.
There is also a bathroom on the first floor for all guests to use with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs on the 2nd floor are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are also several bookshelves stocked with books and games found on this floor as well as the 1st floor. Bedrooms 2 and 4 feature king beds, TVs, Gulf views, balcony access, and private bathrooms. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, TV, Gulf views, balcony access, and shares a hall bathroom. Bedroom 5 sleeps 2 in a twin bunk bed and has a TV and private bathroom. Bedroom 6 sleeps 4 in 2 twin bunk beds, has a TV and shares the hall bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Bama family trip

Perfect amount of space for our extended family stay. Awesome to have king beds and perfect amount of bunk beds for the kids. Having 6 bathrooms was amazing, no one had to wait to shower ever! Would only recommend a larger sofa so we could all gather in living room. Needed more blankets, quick text and they delivered then to us. Lovely home, quiet beach, we enjoyed ourselves very much!

Perfect beach getaway

I rented this place for my family’s annual vacation, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was roomy and well kept, the location in Gulf Shores was perfect, and the management staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. Everything went off without a hitch and we’re already talking about booking again for next year.

Great stay on the beach

Loved the location and the quietness of the area. The property has some maintenance issues - but it was acceptable. Loved all the rooms and the sizes of the room. A nice place

There were a few maintenance issues but overall this is a great place to stay at. The property's rental agency was always there to communicate any issues or concerns I had. Besides a few small issues with the doors, the home was a great place to stay! Very spacious with several bedrooms. Great location in Gulf Shores!

Relaxation with no crowds = Ahhhhhhh!

Great early fall weather at an uncrowded beach was just what we needed. Everyone had a great time being away from the normal hustle and bustle. We all enjoyed being there in LA with the wonderful fresh seafood, the beautiful water and of course, the beach. Everyone is already talking about next year...

Great time!

We had a great time at this house! It was very clean and had everything we needed! A huge plus for us was the fact extra ice maker. Seems silly, but we have stayed in many houses and always run out of ice! We loved the big table for everyone to eat at and the large bathrooms! The proximity to the beach was perfect! Our only very minor complaint was that in one of the bedrooms (the one our baby happened to be staying in) the blinds were broken and it was very bright. Thanks for a great stay!

Family of 15 vacation

The check in and check out experience was very easy all through an email. Property was spacious and view was beautiful. Easy beach access with showers to clean off downstairs. Doors to balcony were not accessible which was a bummer. Had a couple of issues with door knob to front door falling off, showers not working properly, and was not very handicap friendly with no support bars in any bathrooms. Owners were very friendly and overall happy with experience!

Great House

This was a great layout for what we needed for our family. We always have 12 people stay, and there were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone. I know that work probably has to be done in the off-season, but there were some things that we noticed that we addressed with the property manager. Pros: great location, great layout, close walk to the beach, good supply of pans, bowls, silverware, etc., extra fridge, washer/dryer, open concept, allows pets Cons: porch isn't very large, not a lot of towels, no extra sheets. All-in-all I would definitely recommend this house!

High School Softball Trip

Our family from AZ went to Gulf Shores for a Softball tournament our Niece was playing in. The beach home was in a perfect location, just 15-20 minutes away from the tournament. We arrived 5 hours later to AL, due to delays from weather. We arrived at the Beach Home around 10 pm. They gave us the lockbox code, but not the location. It was dark and we looked for it for over 20 or 30 minutes. When we called the 2 numbers for help, the recording said the office was closed, and to call back the next business day. Luckily, the sliding door on the back porch was left open. The next morning we located the key fab box on the back porch, opened it and got the two keys. We had three different repairmen come to fix the elevator, replace the hot water heater and fix the hot water on one side of the house. The day we left the elevator stopped working again. The home was a great fit for our family and nice location. Due to all the issue's we had I don't think we would rent this home again, or recommend it to other's.

The good and the frustrating.

The home is very well arranged for a group such as ours - family including couple, adult children, and mostly adult grandchildren. The view of the beach is beautiful, which is why we came to this community. However, there are several issues which need to be addressed. The unlock code we were given did not work. Luckily there was an unlocked door from the Great Room onto the deck so we were able to enter the building. Later in the week another code was sent that did work. The ice and water dispensers on the main refrigerator did not work. (Glad there was a separate icemaker.) The microwave oven had no internal electronic components and therefore did not work.(Glad there was a second microwave in the laundry room.) The dishwasher leaked and we had to keep something on the floor during the wash cycles to soak up the water. There was a water leak from the upstairs hall bathroom into the walk-in closet of the downstairs master bedroom requiring plumbers to spend several hours at the house and cut two holes in the closet ceiling. The plumber said he had been to this facility before to deal with the same leak problem and a permanent repair was evidentially not made. We are a flexible group and these various problems did not keep us from having a very enjoyable family vacation. But if someone pays as much as we did for the week's rental, we should be able to expect properly working appliances.
