Nueva lista de VRBO en 2019 !! Nuevos dueños !! Beachy 3BR 2 Bath condominio justo en el corazón de Ocean City en 12th y Asbury. A poca distancia de la playa, tablas, diversiones, restaurantes y tiendas. Fractured Prune, Wawa, Piccini, Sunrise Cafe y Bennie's Bread, todo dentro de la vista. Simplemente estacione su auto en el garaje adjunto o en la entrada y disfrute. El acceso a la playa en la calle 12 tiene baño completo y una estación de enjuague de pies. Cubiertas delanteras y traseras con sol para tomar un café por la mañana y disfrutar de la avenida Asbury. La mesa del patio tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente para comer al aire libre. Muebles y pisos de menos de 2 años y todas las nuevas comodidades de ropa de cama, decoración y cocina en 2019. Perfecto para familias jóvenes, ya que el condominio está bien equipado con pack and play / high chair / infant tub / toys etc ... 3 televisores con cable y reproductor de DVD / BluRay, cocina a gas, ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, además de aire acondicionado central y calor. Se puede usar el garaje adjunto para el estacionamiento o para guardar todo su equipo de playa y bicicletas.

Great Family Stay

The place was close to everything we wanted/needed and had a ton of books and toys for kids which was really nice! C9mmunication with the property manager was great we are looking forward to our next stay here.

Great condo and location

This was a perfect location in OC for our group. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk and very close to shopping and restaurants. It is a nice condo and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Property owners communicated very well and were very responsive. Overall a great stay!

Very nice, updated and family-friendly

Our beach week was one of our best at Michelle's beautiful rental! The kitchen is very well-stocked and welcoming, the bedrooms are comfortable and having the washer/dryer is great. Lots of games and puzzles. An awning or shade umbrella on the front deck would make it even nicer. All in all we had a great time and easy check-in and -out made arrival and departure smooth and simple.

Awesome House and Location

We loved staying here. It’s the perfect location to the beach and boards. Loved that we could walk to shops and restaurants. We barely needed to drive anywhere. Everything was clean and just like the pictures. We will definitely book again! Thank you for lending us your beautiful home!

Perfect Family Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at this perfect family beach house! The location could not be any better as we found ourselves close to great restaurants, the beach, and boardwalk. It was such an added bonus to have many of the items for young children already there (much less to pack!). The house was beautiful and well equipped and the check in and out process was made very easy by the owners. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was perfect and in the perfect location. The checkin process was the easiest I’ve had staying at OC. Also the chairs, beach toys and boogie boards provided were great and saved us from bringing a lot of extra stuff. It’s an all around great experience.

September Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Ocean City at Michelle and Doug's condo! The condo was very nice and clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5 plus an infant. We really enjoyed sitting on the outdoor deck as well. The condo is in an ideal location (close to the beach, boardwalk, and several great food spots). Michelle and Doug were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We look forward to visiting again!

Great place for a family!

Very spacious condo for 2 adults and our three young kids (4, 2, 6 months). Definitely a bonus to have the baby items, beach toys, and games/toys provided, which was less for us to pack. Beach and boardwalk was about 3-4 blocks away which was a bit challenging at times when our 2 year old was having his “terrible two” moments along with the baby crying at the same time. Couldn’t get back fast enough! We didn’t need to move our vehicle’s all week— Everything you need was within walkable distance- Walgreens, wawa, multiple cafe’s, Starbucks, beach and boardwalk, etc. Communication with the owners and the check-in/out process was a breeze. Highly recommend booking this condo for your stay!

Close to it all!

Wonderful OCNJ experience. The home owners are lovely and responsive (although nothing was needed the place was great). The proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and town was perfect for tweens/teens and our whole family.

The condo was in a great location. It was close to beach, boardwalk and the bay. There was parking in the back driveway and was very convenient. The condo was great with plenty of space and lots of amenities. Had a great week in Ocean City! Thank you!

Perfect house in perfect location!

Very nice and clean home in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk in one direction, and a nice fishing pier on the bay in the other direction. My teenagers loved renting bikes and being "free" for a weekend. My 10 year old loved the beach and the donut shop across the street. The house is right next to a very nice nail salon as well. The house is very well equipped for families. Games, beach toys, beach cart, beach chairs, etc. Our family really enjoyed our "last weekend of summer" at this lovely, well stocked home.

Great neighborhood

Great place. Close to beach and boardwalk. Lots of shops close by. Deck was a great place to have dinner outside every night. Owners are great and very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Would definitely stay again.

enjoyable beach getaway

My family and I were looking for a beach house that was clean, close to shops, cafes, and the boardwalk / beach and this 3 BR condo was a dream come true. We loved the beach themed décor, outdoor balcony, and were impressed with the appliances and the attention to detail on providing supplies and comforts of home. The owners were responsive and very helpful. We highly recommend this condo to families and friends who are looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

A+ on Asbury

Our family of four (kids ages 8 and 4) have rented in OCNJ on two previous occasions and were very excited the moment this property became available. The location is in that "Goldilocks zone." Everything is just right! It's an easy walk to the beach as well as all of the essential spots in OC itself. Did I mention it's directly across the street from the Fractured Prune? The property is beautiful, spotless and has all the comforts of home. The owners were friendly, extremely responsive and provided clear instructions for everything. It was perfect for detail-oriented people like us! Their "Welcome Book" was the most thorough we've ever seen. They thought of everything! We would rent this property again in a heartbeat! We just hope it will be available because something tells me this will become a number of families' new go-to in OCNJ.
