Incredible Experience

Our experience here was amazing! Everything was just like the listing, the property manager was so communicative and always available, and checking-in was easy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay and the location. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful home in the heart of 30A

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was beautiful, clean and well-equipped. Breeon was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location is perfectly in between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit 30A!

Awesome House

The house was perfect for our family of 10. (6 adults & 4 children). It was decorated beautifully, clean and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Well laid out floor plan that provided privacy for our three families.

Great Space and Location

The house and location are fantastic. Owner communication was great as well. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. The furniture slip covers and bedding were considerably worn and stained and the floors clearly had not been mopped in ages as they left our feet black constantly. We did let the owner know and she was going to relay to housekeeping team so hoepfully they are able to step that up because everything else was a win with the property!

Amazing House

You can't go wrong booking this property for you stay at Seacrest. The house was amazing and more beautiful than the pictures. The host is wonderful and is very responsive when it come to answer any questions that you might have and the checkin was seamless! The only complaint that we had was that the property that you have to access to get to the beach, was that you could not use a wagon to take all of your belongs to the beach, and when you have two small children that would have been very helpful. The pool on the property is great too, but so many rules at the pool. NO drinks within 4 feet of the pool deck, not even water to drink in the pool. Also the kids are REQUIRED to get out of the pool the last 10 mins of every hour.

This rental was above and beyond what we expected. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you can think of and more. Very well stocked. The washer and dryer were great ( not older like is many rentals). Decorated beautifully and very clean. The check-in process was smooth. The owner was an absolute delight and responded immediately if we had a question. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

The property was clean, in a good location, and fit our family's needs. The only item we wish was included was hangers in the closet ( a small thing, but especially nice for families who are flying vs. driving to 30A).

Simply Delightful

Beautiful + spacious home in an adorable + safe neighborhood. Just a short walk or tram ride to the beach and gigantic pool. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Place!

We were very impressed with this house. Very beautiful, well built, luxury property. The location was great, right in between Alys Beach and Rosemary, a walking distance to each. We rented bikes for our stay and we didn't have to drive anywhere. Plenty to do close by for kids and adults. The beach is just across the street, a short walk or bike ride away. Highly recommend, we hope to stay here again!

Holiday Get Away

We enjoyed staying at this location while on a Holiday visit to the beach. Home has plenty of room, great kitchen, and is a close walk/bike ride to Rosemary Beach. Beach access is several blocks away and is only accessible by foot. I’d recommend that if you are planning on hitting the beach daily, bring a wagon or mobile cart to help you carry items to and fro from the beach. Very nice accomodations isn’t he home and plenty of room for a larger family.

Beautiful house great location!

This house is a perfect place for your vacation. We gathered for a last minute trip for a special wedding proposal and Breeon was so nice and accommodating. We walked to dinner every night and the pool and beach or close by. Everything you need in the kitchen. All the covered balconies are perfect place to have Morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.
