Great location, pet friendly, very comfortable bed and everything I needed in the kitchen. Communication was excellent with easy check in and out. A very relaxing place to stay, nice and quiet.

We stayed here while in town for our daughter's rugby tournament. The rental was exactly as described, perfectly sized for 2 adults (m 6'5 330lbs, f 5'4 172lbs) and a 93lb mutt. Our daughter did bunk on the couch the first and last nights, those occasions it felt a little cramped but otherwise perfect for a couple. Check-in was easy, I received a dummy proof email approximately 3 days prior to our arrival that included all info needed and photos. Honestly making the process a breeze, so easy that we were able to direct someone else to the trash location as we unloaded our vehicle. We parked our car upon arrival and didn't use it again (other than tournament day) because the location was within walking distance of everything downtown. I couldn't recommend this place more and hope to return soon, plus the spf chapstick and coozies are an awesome take home!

Excellent location convenient to everything! My only complaint was that it was very hot (No AC or window in bedroom), and the noise level from traffic along the street was very annoying. Unfortunately, my husband had to be admitted to the hospital due to an unforeseen medical issue first day into our visit and remained in the hospital for the duration of our stay. Brett was accommodating in working with me on checkout changes due to this emergency. Hope to come back under better circumstances.

Poorly represented on Internet This pet friendly getaway in Breckenridge-BUILDING IS NOT THE FIRST PHOTO MISREPRESENTATION, building is small brown building farther back in photos. Building is older and not well kept. Unit is very small and dreary, although Clean. I did not see host policy for cancellation which is 30 days prior. THIS IS NOT A 9.4/EXCELLENT PROPERTY. I’d give it two stars.

Thanks for staying with us at one of our most popular pet friendly locations, just a half a block from Main St in Downtown Breckenridge. I am not sure what your referring to in the listing pictures, since our first picture is of the interior of the building. As you noted we take great care of keeping the property super clean for our guests. Sorry you missed the cancelation policy, we did refund you partially for the days you decided not to stay. Not sure how else to have made your stay any better. While you're welcome to have your opinion, others have obviously rated us well and found great value in our location, cleanliness, and comfort! All the best.

We stayed here during the fall for a wedding weekend and it was just perfect! Small unit with everything that you need including close proximity to everything on Main Street!

Location, location, location. Groceries, Starbucks, Gondola, Peak 9, great restaurants. All within a quick easy walk. Nice warm garage for car too. Just tiny, no dishwasher, dated, no window in bedroom. Still all in all suited our needs and location was incredible. Great and responsive host too!

In the winter this room might have been more comfortable but in hot July it was very uncomfortable. the two fans in the room were helpful but inadequate for cooling.I tried to sleep on the couch and the chair (too hot to sleep in the bedroom with my daughter). The window let in very little air or breeze.Were given the wrong garage code so parked in the back. The neighbors must cook long hours with a very strong spice which we smelled all night long.It was very clean and the location is certainly convenient for walking to the downtown.Did not talk to host. I would not stay here in the summer.

Thanks for staying with us. There's no AC anywhere in Breck so the fans usually cool things down if you place them as noted by the window and into the bedroom. It's never more than 60 at night so it can actually get chilly. Sorry you had such a time and missed the # for the garage door, but the parking in the alley is just fine. See you in the winter!

Had an overall comfortable stay. The location is amazing!! Three minutes max to Main Street & seven minute walk to a dog park. Parking was easy and convenient. Check-in was easy and the location was easy to find as well. Space is cozy and the bed is comfortable, albeit a queen. Really loved all the hooks everywhere made it very logistically practical. Communications during our stay were slow and lacking.

Great Location

The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our dogs for a quick weekend trip. It was very easy to find, check in and check out, and it was very quiet. It was also within walking distance of all our favorite spots!

The location was awesome- walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants. Also appreciate the garage parking. Community washer/dryer was easy to use and worked great. No complaints. We would stay again.

Tremendous location, garage parking, very clean, great neighborhood, a grocery/liquor store literally across the street, super comfortable bed. The apartment was smaller and slightly dated, but we loved it, it suited our needs, and we felt there was so much value for the cost. Good communication with the owner as well.

Great Location

Everything met or exceeded expectations. The proximity to downtown Breckenridge was fantastic. Everything was walkable and made for a very pleasant stay.

Incredible location!

Our family of three had a great stay! We walked everywhere as the condo is in the best location. With great restaurants, shopping, the ice rink, and the grocery store right next door...nothing could have been more perfect. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us over the long weekend!

Family Ski Trip

This was our 1st family ski trip to Breck and this location was perfect! Very close to Peak 9 and food/shops! We never had to drive and just spent got to explore the town during our stay. Highly recommend this location and if you’re looking for a convenient spot for a mountain getaway!
