Lower RATES Private oasis pool &yard beach so close

Come an enjoy this luscious tropical very private yard and pool area. You will have a heated pool all to yourself to enjoy. For a romantic couples get away, girls retreat or vacation with the family. You will not have to go very far to enjoy yourselves. With the screened in porch, BBQ and pool area just outside your door. The beach is at the end of our street a BLOCK away. In the opposite direction is the Indian River/Bay only 2 blocks away. Where you can enjoy fresh water fishing off the pier or kayaking. May-Sept. the turtles are nesting right on our beach. We saw 4 on our first early morning excursion. Hatchling immerge into Nov. There are multiple parks close by with tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts. A Children's park and playground are also within walking distance.
You don't really need a car Uber in from the Melbourne or Orlando Airport
Located in a quaint seaside town with a quiet safe neighborhood. No high-rises. Where people take walks and ride their bikes in the evening.
While bustling Melbourne and Indialantic are just down the road.

* Our town also offers: public a golf course, fishing pier, bait shop,
A surf shop which give surf lessons.
A local food/wine market, liquor store.
A full service library.
For a girls retreat there is a nail salon and dry salt therapy (halotherapy) and lounge chairs by the pool.

All of these except the golf course are in a 2 x 4 block area form our home

Exceptional clean everywhere inside and out! Our hosts were so quick in their replies to any questions we had. Comfortable beds/great kitchen & lanai/fabulous heated pool plus so many extras in the garage (ex: bikes, beach chairs & totes, etc.). And the backyard is like your own private tropical paradise! The private backyard and pool is amazing! There was great communication. Its’s less than two blocks to the beach and just a little further the other way to the bay. There is a fishing pier close. We had a great stay.

A slice of Paradise

We are so lucky to have found this special gem in Melbourne Beach. The house is a slice of paradise with its own pool and a private backyard oasis. Lisa was a wonderful host with prompt communication before and during the stay. The house provided everything you need for a day at the beach, included bikes which we used to get around the downtown area. We will definitely want to stay here again in the future!!

This house is awesome! Great location, nice quiet neighborhood walkable to the beach, the inter coastal, and a really nice playground. Beautiful backyard with a heated pool, which was such a hit. I would highly recommend and hope to return many times in the future.

One of the best we've stayed at. Location was perfect for walking, beach, restaurants, store. Property was immaculate with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. This house was very clean and well appointed. The pool and porch were lovely, and the short walks to the beach and River are a real plus. Also it was super convenient to be so close to the boardwalk and restaurants. The hosts were great and made everything easy. Can recommend with enthusiasm! We have vacationed and traveled many places over the years. A lot of those vacation were spent in many different locations in Florida. One year we stayed in Melbourne Beach and instantly knew this was the place for us. No high rises, no touristy hustle. Just peaceful street where people are always walking or biking. Always with a friendly smile and hello. Being able to walk to the local business like the market where you might find someone singing. Just enough variety in restaurants to suit your taste but not a mega shop and eatery strip. We were inspired by the friendly helpful atmosphere.
