Welcome to Nine Iron #9! This large and beautiful lodge style home comes with NEW furniture throughout the home as well as many upgrades. This home sleeps up to 18 people comfortably in the 7 bedroom, 7 bath,with over 4100 square feet of living space. You will enjoy a pool table, 16 Unlimited SHARC Passes, and a brand new 9 person Hot Tub while staying in this home.

Nine Iron #9 is sure to please the entire group. From granite counter tops, a 5 range stove, to dual ovens and microwaves, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. There is also a second refrigerator in the garage for extra room!
This home provides plenty of entertainment for the entire family! Located in a quieter neighborhood of upscale homes, this home is close to the bike paths and has brand new decking and hot tub. Cozy up next to the fireplace in the living room, or enjoy a movie on one of the 9 TV's that come with Blue Ray players. The living room also features a 75" 4K TV with 4K/Blue Ray/DVD Player!

The lower level of this home includes 3 bedrooms: The Benham Falls suite features a log king canopy bed, private bathroom with dual sink vanity, large tile shower and large soaking tub. This room also provides its own private access to the deck. The Wild Wild West room features a Queen sleigh style bed and attached bathroom with tile shower. The Golf Room has a king mission style bed and private bathroom with single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

There are four bedrooms upstairs as well as the bonus room. The Black Diamond Chalet is a winter sports themed room with a king bed, private bathroom with dual sink and a tile shower. The Cowboy Bunkhouse has two sets of twin bunk beds ( 4 beds total), with an attached bathroom that features a single sink vanity and a tub/shower combo. The Fishing Room has a king size log bed, and a private bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. The Forest Cabin Room has a twin/full bunk bed with an additional single trundle bed. The attached bathroom is shared with the Bear Den and features a dual vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. The Bear Den includes the pool table, Pac-Man cocktail table, 65" flat screen TV plus a single bunk/full futon couch combination.

Nine Iron #9 comes with some of your favorite outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy!! Challenge your family members to a game of cornhole or disc golf. Memories are sure to be made. The home also comes with 8 pickleballs if you would like to go to the pickleball courts to play.

With all of these amenities plus A/C, this home is sure to delight all of your guests while here in Sunriver. 15 bikes (13 adult, 1 kids, 1 toddler)

House was terrific, large, spacious and well-stocked. We had four families with kids ranging in age from 7-14. Plenty of room to sleep, to cook, to eat and to hang out. Kids loved the pool table, foosball and ping pong. We were there to ski at Bachelor, but there were also more bikes than we could count. We made good use of the hot tub and the board games as well. Would definitely come back!

Great place

Loved this place. Had 16 of us and plenty of room. Kitchen and dining area were big enough for everyone to cook and sit and eat. Only issue was the hot tub was dirty when we went to use it, but we emailed Sun Lodging and they had someone out to clean it within a couple hours. Life happens. We'll probably book this place for a week next summer.

Excellent home in Sunriver Resort!!

We truly enjoyed our family reunion at this property in Sunriver Resort. The home had all of the necessities needed for travelers coming from near and afar. Highly recommend this home to others that need personal space (all bedrooms have their own bathroom) while also large common rooms for everyone to gather.

This house was really comfortable for our 4 families (kids, teens, parents) plus grandparents! Loved having all the rooms and bathrooms. The foosball and pool table were a hit, and it was great to have so many bikes to use! The management company was also very responsive to questions. We had a great time in Sunriver!

This property is totally set up for large crowds. We had 18 people and there were 18 bikes in the garage. There is a plumbing issue that causes a loud sound, like a smoke alarm. Very noticeable in downstairs master suite. This can be relieved by a flushing toilet. I would suggest the traveler bring their own toiletries. There is a small shampoo and bar of soap provided.You will love this property and there is so much to do!!

Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and Thanksgiving with our children and grandchildren

The house worked out well for us. All adults had their own room and bathroom, and plenty of beds for the grandchildren, many very good bikes for all ages and plenary of sharc passes for the kids to wear off steam swimming. Cooking facilities were wonderful and plenty of dishes for the crew of 17…it helped us to have a very memorable week! (Fireworks for the Christmas tree lighting added to the celebration!)

Five star review! The house is big, spacious, and beautiful. Lots of dining seating. Spacious kitchen. And very well stocked. We have vacationed a lot and this is the nicest house we have ever stayed in. Between the pool table, Foos ball, And the bikes there was plenty of fun for all ages. We will definitely come back.
