Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall you’ll find that this Sunriver home has everything you need to have a great vacation. Sleeping six comfortably, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1670 square foot, fully furnished home is centrally located between the Sunriver Mall and Fort Rock Park. A very short walk (5 minutes) to the brand new swimming pool, sledding area, and amphitheatre (SHARC).

This Home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light with many large windows, Air Conditioning, gas fireplace, private hot tub (new in 2015), master suite on the main floor, great views out to the common area, loft with tv, wet bar has mini fridge, and so much more!

MAIN LEVEL:

*Master Suite: King Bed, 3/4 bathroom, TV, and door to deck and private hot tub

We have been coming to Sunriver for years and have found it to be one of our favorite vacation destinations. We are very excited for Sunriver in recent years with the renovations of the Sunriver Village and the new addition of the SHARC.

Why they chose this property

When we realized how much we really enjoyed Sunriver, we decided to purchase a home. We looked at many homes and once inside this one, we found what we were looking for. We really enjoy the open floor plan with the vaulted ceilings and serene common area just outside the living room. The master on the main floor is great since the upper floor (two bedrooms, loft and a bathroom) is where the kids hang out. We like that our street is off the beaten path and that our location is just a quick walk to the new SHARC and 15 minute walk to the village.

What makes this property unique

Our home is situated to take in the wildlife views of the common areas out in the backyard, whether it is when the snow is falling, birds/squirrels are feeding on the rocks and feeders, or the deer that frequently stop by.
