About Jonn McYnturff
We have been coming to Sunriver for years and have found it to be one of our favorite vacation destinations. We are very excited for Sunriver in recent years with the renovations of the Sunriver Village and the new addition of the SHARC.
Jonn McYnturff purchased this House in 2006
Why Jonn McYnturff chose Overlook Park
When we realized how much we really enjoyed Sunriver, we decided to purchase a home. We looked at many homes and once inside this one, we found what we were looking for. We really enjoy the open floor plan with the vaulted ceilings and serene common area just outside the living room. The master on the main floor is great since the upper floor (two bedrooms, loft and a bathroom) is where the kids hang out. We like that our street is off the beaten path and that our location is just a quick walk to the new SHARC and 15 minute walk to the village.
What makes this House unique
Our home is situated to take in the wildlife views of the common areas out in the backyard, whether it is when the snow is falling, birds/squirrels are feeding on the rocks and feeders, or the deer that frequently stop by.

Great Time and Great Place!
Wonderful stay at 9 Lost Lane! The home was well stocked with every kitchen utensil, games, many spaces for the family to hang out, use of the SHARC with passes, biking, grilling, and on and on. The home is a close walk or superfast bike ride to everything, yet it sits in a quiet setting. The decks off the dining room and family room provided more access to the outdoors. We enjoyed the hot tub and gas fire place nightly. Such a relaxing stay, whether we decided to stay in or explore and ski. The home was light and bright and clean. We'll definitely search for this home next time we visit!
Nice, clean, close to major attractions
This was our first time in Sunriver as a family and we absolutely loved it. The house is on the quiet cul-de-sac (safe for little kids) and very close to SHARC, bike paths and the Village. The house would get a bit hot and fans help some but AC or ceiling fans would definitely be better. We could not use the fans provided because we were afraid our little kids would stick their hands in the fan so we had to do without it. Despite of that we'd stay at this house again.
Great place to bring the family
Everything we could need was available for our use in this bright and private home. Comfortable furniture and just close enough to the SHARC
We had a great time staying here. It was close to everything and we were able to use the trails to get anywhere we needed in Sun River. The house was great for our family, spacious and clean.
Nice home base - great location
Sunriver is spectacular if you like nature, biking paths and huge pine trees! SHARC passes were extremely helpful if you have kids and the extra bikes were appreciated. The home is comfortable. The only issue we had is that there is no air conditioning and the temps were in the 90s+ so that's something to note if you stay in the summer. Hope to return again for more family memories!
Great quiet location and house
We has a pleasant stay in Sun River and enjoyed the quiet setting and deer running about. House comes equipped with plenty of bikes for the entire family. It's very close to the SHARC and village, so bikes were the preffered mode of travel. The home comes stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals each night and nice wet bar for drinks. This is a great family house and love seeing the deer come up to you just a few feet away.
