Kewl Breez Villa is a newer house located in James Cistern, Eleuthera, centrally located on the island across from LeoRose Restaurant & Grill with beautiful sunset views. Two bedrooms with king size beds in each room and two bathrooms, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. We are a dog friendly home so please feel welcomed to bring your four-legged family members. The house has a spacious, open floor plan, with two window views of the Caribbean along with a modern kitchen which features stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island for seating 6 people to entertain guests. Amenities include flat screen TVs in living room area and in both bedrooms. There are ceiling fans throughout. Kewl Breez Villa is conveniently located within walking distance from James Cistern pier to get freshly caught fish daily along with grocery stores and a liquor store. We offer two (2) kayaks and beach chairs. Rental car available to rent per request, in which can be at the airport for your pick up. Also locally available Fishing and Snorkeling excursions in addition to booking a Boat Rental and/or Deep Sea Fishing trip. You are just a call away from a Bahamian-style catering meal at the house.if house is rented for two weeks or longer, there will be an electric charge for usage. We will take a picture of the meter and charge per kw, and take picture after your stay.

Great stay at the Kewl Breeze

The property was great. We had everything we needed. It right in the middle of the island giving you lots of options for where to go. Plenty of lovely beaches close by. Beds were comfy and the house was stocked with all the essentials.

Kwel Breeze is better than just cool!

We spent 77 nights and enjoyed all that JC and Eleuthera had to offer. The home was comfortable and well appointed. We will stay there again and again. Our neighbors were the best

My family and I stayed here 3 years ago before COVID and fell in love with it. We returned in May of 2023 for a week and brought our parents along! The house is so well equipped - towels, books, cooking utensils and is so well located! Thank you again for another memorable trip, we’ll be back soon!

Incredible Property in an Awesome location

This property is so well equipped! James Cistern is a lovely place to stay and the house is conveniently located near a few shops and restaurants. I really found the books about Eleuthera helpful in finding places to go. It’s a truly beautiful home in a very special place. The kayaks and bikes were nice additions. I hope to come back here soon. Truly amazing.

Good place with a lot of room. Convenient for what we were doing. Clean and comfortable. Across the street from the beach with a great ocean view. Drawbacks. No TV hookup but plenty of DVDs. Electric BBQ grille not working and issues with the internet which was taken care of after a day.

Owner had early morning workers at the house. Woke us up several times. Storm damage to the house. Tried to make us pay. No front door lock apon arrival. Two T.V.s hooked up to nothing. Great service by the prop. manager though.

Great place & location!

You will be right on the middle of the island to visit around. Keep in mind that Eleuthera is a long island if you want to visit all! The property is super well equiped, everything is brand new and clean. Owner is very supportive and fast to reply. Highly recommended place!

Nice place to stay- central location on beautiful island

My family and I stayed here for 8 days over the holidays and enjoyed our stay here. Chad(owner) and Jeremy(the caretaker) were both super friendly and great to deal with. The house has everything one would need, including a grill 2 kayaks and 4 bikes and is located centraly located on the island so visiting beaches and sights to the north or south are not so far away. LeoRose Sunset Beach Bar & Grill, Delish Lifestyle Beach Sports Bar and Mel's Snack Shack are just a few steps away and we enjoyed all 3 places. Cravings bakery is a short drive and was a frequent stop for us, the cookies and cake were fantastic. So many beautiful places and people on Eleuthera.

Best vacation ever in Eleuthera, Bahamas 🇧🇸 paradise found

We had the best eight day vacation here. Chad made it so easy to rent Kewl Breeze and it is perfectly located in the center of the island and includes comfy king size bed’s, air-conditioning in each bedroom and main room; and you can see the water from the front porch. A lookout tower across from the property provides amazing views for sunrises and sunsets on the water. The Bohemian people are friendly and welcoming. Jeremy the Caretaker was also our boat captain for an amazing day of fishing on the Caribbean (which is a must to see the island from the water) Jeremy gave us great suggestions on places to see and best days and places to eat local Bohemian style while there. The bikes and kayaks are fun. We rode bikes to cravings bakery, grocery shopping and off-roading to the Atlantic side of the island. We kayaked on the Caribbean directly in front of the property. Easy to visit on the North end of the Island to take the ferry to Harbour Island. Thank you for helping us bring in 2020 on such an amazing island. We will definitely be back here and are excited to return to this paradise soon. Missing the pink sand and the friendly people already! Bring cash and bug repellent and prepare to fully recharge in Eleuthera at Kewl Breeze 🇧🇸🌴🐠✈️
