Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club#8-304 is an excellent addition to Knutson & Associates! We're proud to represent this unique property within the development that has 4 separated sleeping areas! This top floor gem can be considered a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property.
Unit#8-304 is a corner unit, so there's extended lanai space with a Screened in Lanai featuring high vaulted ceilings & multiple relaxation areas. It's extremely private & has the feeling of being in a tropical forest. Large trees engulf the east side of the development keeping the unit having cooler temperatures from additional shade than other ones in the complex.
The main floor has a large open floor plan, featuring a fully equipped and remodeled kitchen! New countertops, cabinets, back splash!
The main floor also has the living area, lanai, & Master Back Bedroom. Enjoy use of a full bathroom too that's off of the master bedroom that has it's own King Sized Bed.

You'll find another bedroom that has disappearing walls that are shoji doors which separate the bedroom from the Living Room. Queen Sized Bed here! Next to that is another bathroom with a walk in shower and a stacked Washer/Dryer in that bathroom. This bedroom opens directly onto the Lanai!

Upstairs in the Loft you'll find immediately on the landing a Queen Sized Bed for the 3rd sleeping area. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower separating this sleeping area from the 4th sleeping area with 2 twin sized beds!! A truly unique 4 bedroom property.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

The property is advertised as a non-AC unit, but we completely understand that Hawaii’s warmer temperatures can feel especially challenging for guests who are not accustomed to a tropical climate. We do provide fans and encourage guests to open the windows and lanai doors to take advantage of the island breezes, though we understand comfort levels can vary greatly from person to person. The host was easy to connect with when we had questions. The condo was a great size for 4 adult couples and is in a nice location. We enjoyed the proximity to some snorkel beaches and only about 15 minutes to downtown Kona. Highly recommend staying here if you can!

Great place for the family

We loved this property. It was very spacious and had plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The beds were comfortable also and there were lots of great amenities on the property. The kids loved the pool and we also loved walking down to the ocean in the evenings to watch the sunset. The staff were also very friendly and attentive and checked in on us regularly throughout our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Nice place , have stayed at the KSRC many times, never this place It’s huge!! Lots of comfortable beds, bathrooms for everyone, nice kitchen, Hawaiian Vacation style living. Great pool for rough days in the beach, and the snorkeling at the beach is only 10 minutes away. Have a great Christmas!

Amazing!

This property was amazing to stay at! The property managers were great at requests - helpful and kind about it. The townhouse itself was great. We Alaskans really appreciated the air conditioning in many of the rooms. There were 6 of us staying there and we were quite comfortable. We also enjoyed that it was close to the pool.

Family vacation

This was a wonderful choice for our stay. There was plenty of space for our group of eight. It was a close walk to a beach and snorkeling area. Also a close drive to area, restaurants, and attractions. The grounds were well kept. Plenty of parking. Very nice pool. The whole rental process was easy and there was good communication.

Family reunion

Everything was perfect but we were disappointed in the beach. We just traveled to other beaches. Loved the keyless entry which made it easy for everyone to come and go. Did not like the big black ants in the loft. Yes we would use Virbo again. Thank you
