The condo was clean and the views were excellent. The furniture is a bit outdated and uncomfortable. We appreciated how clean and organized the condo was and had everything we needed. We had some issues with the new AC unit, but the owners quickly responded. They did everything we could have wanted them to do.

This condo is in an excellent location for all activities on the Kona side of the Big Island. The host maintains the property and provides easy guidelines so the property is in good shape for all travelers. The lanai overlooks Heeia Bay and can see the activity of Keauhou Bay. The condo is in a complex with three swimming pools with one overlooking the ocean. If you are looking for cleanliness, comfort, and a great location this is your place.

This is a great place. One of the things that makes this place unique is that it is on the water, but you can also see the green Kona hillside to your left. It’s a great space. Somewhat outdated, but nothing of significant note. The kitchen is well stocked and the unit also comes with beach items: chairs, umbrella, towels etc. The complex has 3 pools - all of them are great and very close to this unit. The owners were quick to communicate with the few questions we had. It’s also in a very central location - it’s a great jumping off point to all that the Big Island has to offer.

Clean and comfortable with a beautiful view from the Lanai. Kitchen was well equipped. Having the beach towels, chairs, and beach umbrella was very helpful. The interior is a bit dated but very nice.

Great ocean view! Great stay with our 3 daughters. Our girls loved the amenities including the many pools and hot tubs. We enjoyed pickleball and ping pong too! Condo was accurate in description. We cooked many meals in and found it was adequately supplied. Beds were firm but comfortable enough. It was very nice having starter supplies including shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels after a long day of travel! We can’t wait to come back and would definitely choose this unit again. We chose to pay the additional fee for air conditioning and are glad we did. May was warm

My three adult children and I visited Kona for the first time, and staying at this home truly made our trip even more enjoyable. The condo was lovely—comfortable, well-equipped with plenty of appliances, and the view was absolutely spectacular. We’re so glad we chose this home for our stay!

This condo was simply amazing. The location is excellent. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. All the appliances and furnishings you need. And the view from the lanai cannot be beat. Loved our stay.

The photos of the unit don't do it justice. It is a very cozy and clean space. On theme for Hawaii, and the owners were very thoughtful with the items provided, ease of checkout, and communication about the unit.

Best view in the complex

The place looks exactly like the pictures, but better. The small bay it overlooks is great for snorkeling. It's fully equipped for meal preparation, and also has toys like boogie boards. Would definitely recommend.

Great condo

Great condo for our family of five. Its not easy for us to find accommodations when our boys (21 and 18) refuse to share beds. Well stocked kitchen, items in kitchen such as sandwich bags, paper napkins, etc, made the stay so simple. We enjoyed the lanai and the oceam poolocean
