Weekend getaway

Enjoyed our weekend getaway. Not far from the beach has a ramp access to beach, we enjoyed our time at the pool as well. Had everything we needed for our trip. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was just as described. Location was wonderful and Melissa was super friendly and accommodating. One of the best stays we’ve had in Port A. Looking forward to coming back!

Great little place

The space was a good space for our family. Pretty basic kitchen set up but fine if you are just doing very basic meals. A pizza tray would be a good addition.

Nice location near the beach and beautiful views. The room had a couple of items needing repair (i.e. - chipped floor) but was otherwise nice. There was also dirt and dust around and behind the refrigerator.

Small but nice Condo

We loved staying here. It was just like the pictures posted online. Very close to the beach. We enjoyed walking everyday to the beach. Condo had all the amenities. With the pandemic, we brought our own food and didn’t have to eat out. This made us feel even better about going on vacation. Melissa was very nice and helpful! We will be staying here again!

The condo was cozy and comfortable. Too bad the weather allowed us to stay in it for so long. Hated to see the flooding for Rockport and Port A. Will return when the sun is shining :)

Short walk to the beach

This condo has an excellent location. It is about 5 min walk to the beach via the boardwalk. You can bring a small wagon, load it up and take it there. Also, you can walk back to eat lunch and rest from the sun if you forgot your umbrella. The only thing I didn't realize at the time, that the bedroom is open and is the first thing you see as you come in. If you have 2 other guests sleeping in the living room or watching TV you would be able to hear them and the other way around. The long hall connects all the rooms with no walls. It is not a deal breaker thoguh.

Accurate Listing

Site was quieter than I expected. Few items could use some upgrades - clothes dryer does not dry very well - fridge/freezer could use some updated racks - site was very clean and perfect size for a couple.

Basic & Tired

The decor was hodge podge and tired with items needing replacing. Bath towels were very worn out. Supplies were very limited. Dishes were fine, flatware really old and tired. This place had the barest of basics, which they did state that in the listing. I was more put off my the dirty walls and fingerprints everywhere - doors, walls, TV lamenated menu was filthy, etc. In this time of Covid I expected more attention to cleanliness. The handrails on the outside staircase were raw, unsanded wood - watch out for splinters. Washer dryer needs deep cleaning or replacing. Shower could use better cleaning - grimy door tracks. On the positive, easy check in and check out. Great location with easy walk to the beach. A fun area to stay in. I own vacation rental property and I take great personal care of it so perhaps my perspective and expectations are different as to guest experience.

Nice location

We had a great experience. Nice location to the beach with a really nice boardwalk. Great accommodations and accessories. Host communicates very well and provided great instructions.

Wonderful time!

The property was as described. Perfect location. Close to the beach ❤ It had everything we needed and more. The community pool was awesome. We really enjoyed everything about our stay! We will definitely be back. :)

Second Time Here

This was our family's second time at this rental and it was even better than we remembered. It's in a perfect location and the property itself is great for a small family or couple. It was clean and functional. Everything worked as expected. The pool area was clean also. All in all, 10/10. Thank you for having us!
