Tres bel appartement avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Très bien équipé, joliment décoré. Résidence calme où nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Le propriétaire met tout en oeuvre pour que le sejour des vacanciers se passe du mieux que possible.

Un appartement très bien équipé et en bon état. Au bord du lac. Cependant, un réel problème de stationnement. Le calme est relatif car en bas de l'immeuble se trouve un restaurant de plage. On peut se trouver facilement à 20ou30 mètres des hauts parleurs et des clients passionnés du restaurant. Ceux à qui le silence n'est pas une priorité passeront un excellent séjour.

Geweldig verblijf en faciliteiten

Mooi en compleet ingerichte studio met een fantastisch uitzicht en groot balkon. Super dat gasten gebruik mogen maken van steigers en grasveld met gratis ligstoelen aan het meer. Vele faciliteiten op het complex (2 restaurants en watersportverhuur). Supermarkt om de hoek. Veilige omgeving. Aanrader!

L'appartement, tout petit, est confortable, avec une climatisation bien utile par temps chaud. La vue sur le lac et les montagnes est superbe. On trouve nombre de commodités à proximité (restaurant gastronomique ou simple snack). Il y a de nombreuses promenades aux environs. Le propriétaire habite en région parisienne mais est très disponible par téléphone, très attentionné, et anticipe bien souvent les éventuels petits problèmes.

Location idéale si vous cherchez le plaisir des yeux ! La vue du balcon est un émerveillement quotidien, quant au logement il est très bien agencé, rien ne manque et le canapé-lit est très confortable, sans parler de la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire. Appartement très clair ,propre et bien aménagé à proximité immédiate du village de Duingt avec une supérette nouvellement ouverte. La résidence donne directement sur le lac à deux pas de la piste cyclable idéalement placée pour découvrir les environs du lac d'Annecy. La location est dotée d'un agréable balcon terrasse permettant de prendre ses repas à l'extérieur. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire toujours à l'écoute et disponible.

superbe séjour,le studio est très propre , joliment meublé et tout est a disposition pour passer une très bonne semaine.l'endroit est sécurisé ,on peux se baigner juste en bas de la résidence,les longues pistes cyclables sont de l"autre coté de la route ,2 restaurants en bas un autre a200 mètres ainsi qu'une boulangerie et une épicerie.beaucoup d'activités nautiques,parapente,etc,et annecy est une ville incontournable.bref je recommande.
