Ideally located near the center, discover this beautiful furnished apartment on the 4th floor with elevator, with a total area of +/- 100 m². It consists of a magnificent living room of +/- 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms of 17m² with dressing room, a bathroom with bath and shower.
What are its strengths? It is close to all shops and services (Montjoie, Bascule), and the bus stop 38 located at the foot of the apartment allows you to get to the center (Grand-Place, Sablon, Royal Palace, etc.) and to European institutions in less than 15 minutes. The apartment is very bright with very little vis-à-vis. A parking space is available for a small fee. The apartment is furnished and fully equipped (TV, wifi internet, washing machine, etc.) and decorated with care.

Large and cosy apartment in a good area
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the apartment which is bright, clean, warm and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We had an excellent stay and hopefully we will be back.
