cute little bungalow

The one-bedroom bungalow was an absolute gem, spotlessly clean, and had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was ideal for walking downtown to shop and dine. We would definitely stay there again.

Badlands Basecamp

Great location for exploring the badlands and Mount Rushmore. House was nicely remodeled, walkable to all downtown Rapid City activities, and hosts were great. Would stay again!

Wonderful little bungalow!

Lovely Modern Bungalow

This is a charming, cozy property. It looks just like the pictures. The location was superb - just few blocks to the downtown area and restaurants. Carmen gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay!

Rapid City - Artistic Hub

This property was perfectly located to explore the beauty of the Dakota Badlands. The nearby downtown has great restaurants and galleries. The cottage was recently decorated and had everything we needed to live comfortably during our stay. The owners are awesome and caring. Highly recommend.

Charming Hidden Gem in Rapid City

We stayed here through the 4th of July weekend on a trip up from Salt Lake City. The house was very cozy and perfectly situated not too far off of the interstate and still close to downtown with easy access to Mt Rushmore and vicinity. This place is immaculate and very well kept. Convenient parking next door! If you are looking for a nice getaway in Rapid City, you would do well to consider staying here. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Adorable Bungalow in the heart of Rapid City

This adorable bungalow was perfect with the updated interior, very comfortable bed, bedding, pillows, etc. Outdoor space was perfect as a meet up spot as our friends rented the bungalow directly behind this unit. Home is nicely appointed with ample shampoo, soaps, toilet paper ( the good stuff - soft Charmin!), towels, coffee (unexpected), etc. It was the perfect bungalow for our visit back to where we grew up. We came for our honeymoon and the house was PERFECT. It was clean, located in the heart of everything, easy check in and out. The manager definitely paid attention to detail. Will stay again.

We used Rapid City as a base to visit State and National Parks. Jami gave us a list of restaurants and areas to visit which was super helpful . Her place was great for the 2 of us - Clean, comfortable, plenty of towels, coffee and so cute. It was a short distance to downtown. An assigned parking spot was very helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I loved staying at the bungalow. We enjoyed making breakfast every morning before our day of excursions, and most of the time also cooked our own dinner there and relaxed for the evening just like home. The location was perfect for all of the sites we planned to visit each day. We would definitely stay again if in the area and would highly recommend to others!

National Park Trip

We stayed here for our trip to Rapid City. It was close enough to downtown that we could walk to stores/museums. It also had an outdoor space that was private so we could unwind after a day of hiking at the state and national parks/monuments near the area The place was clean and cute and perfect for the two of us!

Loved our stay!

So thankful for finding this cute bungalow so close to downtown Rapid City. My family and I were able to explore the area and come back to this sweet place to stay. Their recommendations were very appreciated and all their accommodations were wonderful. I would highly recommend this place for your stay at Rapid City!

Inviting and Warm

The home we originally booked became unavailable unexpectedly but Jami and Matt graciously relocated us to an upgraded property on the same block in Rapid City. Jami was an amazing host. Checked in on us and was available to answer our questions as they came up. We walked in and immediately felt like we were at home.

Matt and I love to travel. We love luxury, comfort and convenience everywhere we stay. Our goal with our vacation rentals is to provide a luxurious experience to all of our guests. We try to ensure that our properties are comfortable and have everything needed for that home away from home.

We have five renovated homes in the "Village at St. Joseph" that accommodate each size of family and/or a group of friends. The Village allows guests to stay in the same area, yet also have their private spaces. There is a three-bedroom home located next door to this bungalow. The Village also has a two-bedroom apartment, a one-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment located in a different home on the property. There are two additional one-bedroom bungalows available in the Village. We have created an outdoor community patio area for all the guests to enjoy the beautiful area and create unique memories. The homes are downtown and within walking distance to all our favorite breweries, coffee shops and restaurants, as well as boutiques. The homes are also within walking distance to two of the main hiking and mountain biking hills downtown, M-Hill and Skyline Recreational Park, which allows guests to a quick workout in. This location is ideal as it has direct access all the main intersections of Rapid City, easy access to I-90 and Mt. Rushmore. You will see me (Jami) around the homes daily because I love to clean the homes personally and add special touches to make my guests feel at home. I also love outdoor work and spend quite a bit of time landscaping the property, adding new beauty to the landscaping every year.
