About this property

This beautiful villa is on the edge of the golf Amelkis in Marrakech with large terraces wide open on the fairways. A large interior patio with trees and flowers is an ideal haven for rest, lunch or dinner. The house consists of 5 bedrooms in the villa and 1 independent pavilion which also overlooks the patio. The 5 rooms of the villa are double rooms. All rooms are around the patio. 1 bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. 2 rooms have a private bathroom outside the room, 2 rooms share a bathroom outside the room. The room in the pavilion is a double room and can also accommodate 2 extra people (children) in extra beds. Ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. A large Moroccan lounge overlooking the golf course also serves as TV lounge. The house has a living room and a dining room. The pool is surrounded by olive trees. It is heated with a solar heating system that is effective mainly in mid-season (April, May and October November) to give a few extra degrees to the water. A Jacuzzi is available all year round. It is started on request. The rise in temperature of the water can take a few hours. Air conditioning in all rooms of the house. Fireplace in all rooms and bedrooms. A golf car is available (payment of an additional deposit of 1000 euros) and two sets of golf clubs. The house staff is at your disposal to prepare your meals and allow you to spend a relaxing stay in Marrakech.
