The Cypress House, a private family owned camp located in Cypress Cove Marina, offers you 2000+ square feet of waterfront accommodations. Situated in one of the top FISHING and HUNTING destinations, this townhome is well equipped to be your home away from home.

This raised waterfront property boasts an inviting spacious living room with a large screen TV, and is open to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer with laundry detergent is available. All towels and linens are provided during your stay. The Camp has 7 beds, capable of sleeping 7+ guests. The plush bedding will greet you after a long day on the bayou and leave you refreshed to tackle the next day's adventure!

NOTE:
1. Upon departure please remove all trash and discard in trash cans downstairs.
2. Place all dishes in dishwasher and start.
3. No fish/fowl/seafood cleaning inside the townhouse. The Marina has a fish/game cleaning station that allows for speedy cleaning with easy access of discarding carcasses.

We HIGHLY recommended guests purchasing the Travelers Insurance. The acceptance of the Security Deposit is not a waiver of The Cypress House's right to charge for damages or fees in excess of the Security Deposit.
Any cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations are only allowed 14 days prior to the rental period. Should the reservation be cancelled within the 14 days of the rental period, the entire rental fee is forfeited and the reservation damage deposit will be returned. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, illness, accident, change of plans, personal emergencies, or otherwise, if not done in writing 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of rental period are only allowed and refunded in the event of a Plaquemines Parish mandatory evacuation.
