3 bedroom ground level condo with 2 designated parking spaces right outside. No stairs to deal with whatsoever. There is a pool and a playground located on either side on the condo. Looking out the kitchen window you can see one pool and playground, and standing out on the patio you can see the other pool/playground.

The 3 bedroom condo is fully air conditioned. There is an air conditioner in each of the bedrooms and also a large air conditioner in the middle of the kitchen/living room area.

There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a twin sized bunk bed. The bunk bed also has a pull out twin sized trundle bed. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. Each of the secondary bedrooms has a closet and a dresser for your use. The master closet is off limits as that is where we store our personal belongings.

There is also an outdoor balcony/patio area with a drying rack for towels or wet clothes and a 2 person table. Perfect place to have a morning cup of coffee. Also one of the VERY few condos in the complex that has a SCREEN door and screens on all windows, so you can get some fresh air, while keeping any bugs OUT.

The entire unit was gutted and renovated TOP TO BOTTOM in 2019. We are still working on finishing touches, such as wall art, decor, and window treatments. We thank you for understanding while the place is still a little bare.

ALSO FULL DISCLOSURE: This is a home, not a hotel suite. We do our best to keep up with everything, but it is a tropical climate. There are times where the condo goes weeks being empty between guests, sometimes doors swell due to heat and humidity (so some doors may not shut completely or may be a little stuck when you first arrive). We do provide sheets, towels (both bath and beach), all plates, cups, cutlery, kitchen tools, pots, etc. But again just basics and essentials. Toilet paper and paper towels are the responsibility of the guest, as are your personal toiletry items. We also have a few beach items such as a small cooler, some folding chairs, pool noodles, and inflatable pool items.

Please note:

1.) There is a $10/Person charge that the Aquatika Complex charges for a guest bracelet that gives each member of your party access to the complex and all its amenities. We have no control over the charge & we pass along the exact $10/person fee to you, not a penny more. This fee will have to be paid to the property administrator upon arrival in cash.

2.) Upon booking, please message us with the full names and ages of all guests in your party. These need to be provided (by us) to the security team 2 weeks in advance of your stay, as Aquatika is very strict about security. Anyone not on the list will not be permitted on the property. This means you may not have guests of your own (such as family residing/staying elsewhere in Puerto Rico) come and visit you at the property.
