Loft home is in a quiet, sought-after hill area near Smugglers Notch, Stowe, Burlington/Essex/Colchester. Guest shares access to entire loft house with quiet owner who is around only to help. Full access to Great Room, Gourmet Kitchen, Basement Fitness area, laundry facilities, 12'X35" deck w/Webber grill, screened porch, 1/2 acre fenced yard and 1/2 acre meadow.

Guests have the option of one (or two for $150/night) queen bedrooms in the VERY PRIVATE 1,082 sq ft private loft and office/library area with tub shower. One BR is furnished with a black Ethan Allen queen poster bed and matching end tables, Ethan Allen black and cherry dresser, new black iron lamps, and lamps. The other BR is the Vermont Room with rustic decor. Generous BR closet with bi-fold doors. THE RATE FOR BOTH BEDROOMS IS $150/NIGHT, ONE $125/NIGHT. All towels and linens provided; each BR has their own smart TV for streaming. Private LOFT BATHROOM has tub/shower.

Entrance/exit is the main home entrance. Home has natural gas/water radiant heat floors. AC includes mini-split heat/AC units in GR, Loft Library and each queen loft bedroom along with ceiling fans in each sleeping room. Each loft queen bedroom has room darkening curtains as well as window shades. Beautiful ash hardwood flooring and elegant area rugs throughout.

Gourmet Kitchen flooring is “REALSTONE NOVA,” slate tile with a cork base in the “falling leaves” pattern. Loft BA and powder room have porcelain flooring. There is recessed lighting throughout the home, ceiling fans in the cathedral lofted Great Room. There is a separate Laundry with new Washer/Dryer near the lst Floor Powder Room.

The home has Comcast Cable/High Speed Internet. The Great Room has a 55” OLEG LCD HD Smart TV linked to a Sonos sound bar with kitchen and loft speakers for stereo sound. The Gourmet Kitchen has: all new Cabico cabinets, beautiful granite countertop, Miehle professional gas stove, Miele dishwasher, Miehle wall oven and microwave, Frigidaire 30sq. ft refrigerator with external ice maker and water dispenser. New Kohler sink in ceramic “biscuit.” Guest is welcome to us all dishes, pans, utensils and linens and towels.

There is a fitness area in the basement with all the equipment you need as well as an area for weights and yoga with a mat.
