Fully-equipped kitchen and family area opens through large wooden doors into dramatic open-air living area w/comfortable seating area and over sized custom-made dining table. Well-kept grounds (2 acres) and pool with 180 degree ocean views. Stairs lead from main house down to casita with full kitchen, seating area, deck, large bathroom, overhead fans and A/C, BR in a raised alcove. The casita provides couples or families a lovely option for privacy, just steps from the main house. The house and casita are rented together as one property.
