En charmerende XVII ° århundrede Lejlighed på St Germain Des Pres

en af ​​de smukkeste gade i Paris.

Vores bygning er blevet fuldstændig renset i 2010.

Lejligheden er cirka 580 kvadratfod med et soveværelse (170 kvadratfod) og en stue (210 kvadratfod) og en separat spisestue (100 kvadratfod).

Det er på første sal med en bred og elegant trappe.

Den hvide-walled Lejligheden blev fuldstændig renoveret i 2010 med de gamle bjælker af det attende århundrede i alle værelser.

Lejligheden har udsigt til en stor, hvid, meget ren gårdsplads, det er meget stille, det udsættes for i nord, men meget klar på grund af de hvide vægge.

Alle vinduer er termoruder.

Soveværelset har en dobbeltseng (queen size), der kan være to simple des (2x80) på requête og der er en confortable sovesofa (160) i stuen. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret.

Indretningen er meget hyggeligt.

l'une des très belles rues de Paris. L'immeuble vient d'être 'ravallé «(nettoyé en décembre 2009 / janvier 2010).

L'appartement est d'miljø 53 m2 Carrés, avec une chambre (19 m²), une salle de séjour (23 m²) et une salle à manger Séparée.

C'est au premier étage avec un escalier stort et elegant. Un ascenseur vient d'être installé

L'appartement aux murs blancs en été totalement rénové en janvier 2010 (les billeder seront publiées en avril prochain) avec les Vieilles poutres du XVIIIème siècle dans le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger.

L'appartement donne sur une cour d'Environ 400 m², il est très calme, les fenêtres sont en doule vitrage, il est Exposé au Nord

La chambre à coucher est avec un grand lit (queen size). le canapé konvertible est également da 160. La cuisine est entièrement équipée.

La décoration est très soignée.

We loved this apartment which was clean and well appointed, in a perfect location near the Metro with lots of lively restaurants. The host Francine was very communicative and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Outstanding location close to everything we enjoy markets, restaurants, boutiques, churches with concerts etc. Exceptional comfort including fantastic selection of classical music CDs. Excellent communication with owner and the concierge. Very large, quiet with three very comfortable loungers. We will return!

What a delightful and convenient apartment! Everything was just as described and we loved the neighborhood! Francine was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Paris and would recommend it to anyone!

The Heart of Odeon

We had a fantastic stay. This central location provided easy access to all major sites with a fun community of food locations for people watching and good variety of tastings.The TV didn't work for us but we weren't interested in watching it since experiencing Paris was much more important.Bath soaps and paper towels were absent and required a quick trip to a local market.Since the location was an easy walk to all places, we really enjoyed the central location and ease.

Lovely Stay

We stayed 4 nights in Paris- my sister and daughter. We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. It was very hot but the fans helped in the evening a lot. Good location. Close to restaurants and the Metro. Would stay again.

Great spot for a couple

Lovely apartment in the core of the 6th with ready walking access to all of the Notre Dame, Louvre, Pantheon and Musee d'Orsay neighborhood activities and restaurants. Very responsive host and local contact. Lots of room, easy to get established and has a long highly informed list of local establishments and treats! Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Location

This apartment was located conveniently to most things we wanted, and there was a taxi rank 100 yards from our door. The place has authentic ancient building features which makes it feel like romantic Paris. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower ample, and the living and dining rooms were well laid out. The only significant downside was the smallness of the kitchen, but we made it work. The woman who checked us in could not have been nicer! We had a difficult time making the lock work and she came back with WD-40, and it worked perfectly. She lived in the neighborhood and we ran into her on the street and she gave us shopping tips. All in all it was an excellent choice.

Fabulous host, apartment and location.

This apt is fully equipped - the host has thought of everything. It is very quiet, bright and comfortable and the location is perfect --- is close to all transportation, restaurants and shops. The owner is very responsive and there is someone living in the building who will let you in, show you the apt and is available if needed. Our nine nights just flew by ! We hope to return someday.

Quiet and comfortable!

We had a lovely visit to Paris, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Francine's Paris aparment. It was quiet, clean, and looked like the photos. While it was only one flight of stairs to get to th apartment, we appreciated being able to send our luggage up on the elevtor. The building is secure, and on a less busy street, with everything you might need close by. Perfect location!

Lovely base in Paris

Wonderful to stay in an apartment in a 17th century building. A perfect location that invited us to explore the magic of Paris on foot and feel as if we were local Parisians. A lovely apartment to enjoy and relax in at the end of the day. Francine was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

Paris Trip

Perfect location and apartment for our Paris trip. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and within walking distance of the main sites. Especially enjoyed only being about five minutes away from the Luxembourg Gardens. Check-in and communication was easy. Definitely recommended.

Location, Cleanliness, Comfort - All Great!

We stayed here in mid-April, 2024, initially chosen for its location. We've been to Paris 30+ times, and always stay in Saint Germain. Location couldn't be better. The apartment was extremely clean, and full of everyday living amenities. The king size bed was very comfortable, and should be to everyone's liking: not too hard; not too soft. Since the apartment overlooks the courtyard, it is very quiet. Communication with Francine was excellent. We look forward to staying here again, at the perfect home away from home.

St Germain Gem

This is our second stay in this quiet romantic flat. Perfect location to visit our favorite restaurants in St Germain and the Latin District. Close to metro makes all of Paris quite accessible. Hope to stay here again some day.

Great location in the 6th Arr.

Three adults stayed here for 6 nights, taking advantage of the sofa bed for one person. Everyone was comfortable. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need. And very quiet. On first floor, with a great elevator! It is also in a perfect location for transportation, restaurants, cafes, and stores. We were very comfortable. The apartment owner was very helpful and showed us the place, as the manager was ill.

Comfortable Apartment in Great Location

My husband and I have visited Paris many times to visit our daughter. This is the first time we stayed in the sixième. The apartment is well-located on a nice street with many good restaurants and nice shops nearby and close to Odeon métro stop. And, of course, Jardin du Luxembourg is right there. The apartment was clean and comfortable and very quiet. We had a very pleasant stay!

Great Find

This was the perfect location for us. Close to metro, restaurants, etc. Walking distance to much of what we wanted to see. The stone and timbered walls was a step back in time. Very nice.

Stay Here and Feel Like a Parisian

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary in Paris. After determining that we wanted to stay in St. Germain des Prés, we found this apartment and it didn't disappoint. The description is accurate, but I'd say that the photos don't do it justice - it's even nicer than it looks (I also loved the artwork!). It is a cozy, yet large space, quiet as can be, with all of the modern conveniences in a building that was constructed in the 17th century. How cool is that? With stone walls and wood beamed ceilings, it transported us to another time, but with amazing WiFi and other modern day conveniences. Francine was super, responding to our few questions quickly. And, Luzia, the "guardien," was sweet and helpful. I know other guests have said this, but it's worth repeating, the location cannot be beat. So convenient and close to restaurants/bars, transportation, bakeries, supermarket and so much more. We really felt like locals even if just for one week - magical! We can't wait to return! Thanks for everything Francine!

Fantastic location and great apartment

Spacious and well-equipped apartment in an ideal location! Elevator makes getting luggage upstairs easy. Bed is comfy. Very quiet even though you're in a bustling neighborhood. So close to Luxembourg Gardens, St. Michel, St. Germain, Louvre -- it's really ideal. The layout is a bit odd, with the toilet a ways from the bedroom, but just a small idiosyncrasy--I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Charming Stay in the 6th

The apartment’s location means everything you wish to see in Paris is within easy reach. There are numerous excellent eating options nearby, boulangeries, supermarket etc. you can easily fill in a week here and do everything on foot if you wish. The apartment is spacious, has all you need, is comfortable, private and secure. We would stay here again.

This is where we lived when we were students and here we met. St Germain des Prés is the most lively place and the most attractive for us in Paris.
We bought this apartment, not to rent it but to live in when we come to Paris (3 or 4 months per year). It is therefore arranged for us, with all due care.

C'est l'endroit où nous avons vécu lorsque nous étions étudiants. C'est le quartier le plus vivant et le plus 'sympa' de Paris.
Nous avons acheté cet appartement, non pas pour le louer, mais pour y vivre quand nous venons à Paris, 3 ou 4 mois par an). Il est donc aménagé pour nous, avec tout le soin nécessaire.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

5 minutes to go to the theater or one of the 13 cinemas closed to, between 20 and 30 restaurants in less than 150 m and so, even late at night, you can find restaurants open.
15 bus lines no more than 100m from the apartment to go everywhere in Paris (I give you the plans in the 'welcome book' to find how to go where you want)
2 metro lines at 50m, à 3rd one (direct to Roissy AirPort) at 150m
Shopping, shopping, shopping ... and the place is so alive, at any time of day, even at night ... but the apartment is so quiet!

5 minutes pour aller au théâtre ou à l'un des 13 cinémas à proximité et puis, même tard dans la nuit, n'importe où on peut trouver des restaurants ouverts.
15 lignes de bus à moins de 100 m pour aller partout dans Paris, je vous donne le plan de toutes les lignes dans le livre d'accueil
2 lignes de métro à la station Odéon à 50 m, une troisième ligne à 150m directe pour l'aéroport de Roissy
Shoping, shoping, shoping ... et l'endroit est si vivant, à tout moment de la journée, même de la nuit ... mais l'appartement est si calme!
